I know I’d watch it! But you’re dreaming if you think I’d watch Oprah…

At this point I can only reiterate what others have said – write letters to the people who make decisions, and the people who can fire the people who make decisions.

I assume the rest of the full-time support staff have the same feelings as you do tawards this issue. Try to get them to write letters as well – band together and your needs, as a group, are more likely to be addressed.

The board of governors are nothing but the head teachers lap dogs and vice versa. They just brown nose each other and basically just back the head teacher over anyhting the bloody boring stupid old farts.

The Governors own the SLT - and the Local Education Authority too.

As it's now half-term, we won't be able to have our support staff meeting for another 5 days. I will be bringing it up there. I've mentioned it to our prospective Union rep too - and he's not terribly happy about it either.
