Could not for the life of me work out how to get the preview to be the link to the full size image, so had to put the link below.

Me, I use the "Insert Link" button, and you'll get two sets of brackets with the URL link to the full-size image web page in between. Replace what's between the two "URL" brackets with a preview-sized version. It should look something like this. (Just replace the "<" and ">" with the appropriate brackets...)

<URL="http://www.imagesRus.com/full.jpg">http://www.imagesRus.com/preview.jpg

Good luck!

Peace...

Hey, you mentioned the Insert Link button - that's something.

Hey, yeah...
I guess I did, now that you mentioned it - thanks!

Must be the day and week I've had, I guess I just assumed I didn't do much.
:grumpy:

Guess it's time to see if I can come up with a new entry in this week's competition!

Peace...

I didn't like the real close-up pixelation of the carbon fiber in my original entry, but I still like the concept. (Plus, the other idea I had didn't work out, and I was able to get a closer shot the second time around…) So, I present for consideration my:

FINAL ENTRY
Title: If This Was My Company, I'd Still Put My Name Here Too!

Click the preview at your own risk - it's a jumbo full-sized image...

For historical/referenced, purposes, this was my original entry…

I hope you enjoy.
Good luck to everyone!

Peace...

This isn't very close-up, but I guess it's okay anyway. It's up to the judge either way.

Final Entry.

Click it = Supersize it.

Couldn't tell you if it's OK or not.
All I can tell you is that's one great shade of green you repainted that Muira in...

How did you make the carbon orange and what color is that Miura?

^ You just take the Zonda to GT Auto, just paint it over. My Zonda is orange as well. :sly:
And the Miura is painted in one of my favorite colours, Taiga Metallic. Not entirely sure on the manufacturer, but I think it's BMW.

^^
Exactly. The Zonda R can be repainted, and it loses the carbon fiber weave texture (on the top section only) when you repaint it.
It doesn't show up incredibly well because of how close I zoomed in, but mine is that "Chameleon Orange" color from TVR. I wanted to go something orange to complement to wheels that you can't change and had it painted a color called "Tangerine", but painted it yet again with a color shift to be a little wacky, and it looks great when you catch light in a way to get both the red and orange.

^
Yup, that "Taiga Metallic" is a BMW color - available only from the 2002 Turbo '73 (according to the "GT5 Colour Database v1.4"). I think I have that color somewhere, now I definitely need to find the right car to use it on!

I'll throw my hat in...

Hey, Cuppa, you need to resubmit your entry...
The preview image has a 500 pixel size limit (as the largest dimension).
Hurry before the competition closes and your submission doesn't get considered because the preview is too large!
Peace...

Taiga comes with the BMW 2002 I think, I repainted my Zonda but the bottom is still carbon.

Competition Closed

I received my PM from Ashes, polls will be collated in an hour or so :)

Damn it! I wish I would stop procrastinating and get the picture submitted before the deadline. This really sucks!
