I might be running a room tonight if I feel up to it, probably about 7pm UK time.

I spent a good 2 hours or so yesterday moving 200 cars to the Stockyard, & buying lots of cars in the 350 - 400pp range. I have enough in the 450 - 550 to start racing with, will add some more as & when I can be bothered.

REMEMBER! If you're on the Official Members list then you are also an Auxiliary Host. Read the OP again if you still don't get it.

👍

I really like this concept. I will look out for a room and join in, but I'm concerned I'll be lagging since I'm from Australia. Will look for an Aussie host.

Not that I have time to do this much these days.. but I was wondering if this would help.

https://www.random.org/lists/

You can put in the tracks two times and hit random.. then you have the set order for tracks for many races in a row. (obviously exclude tracks that are not desired)

And for the PP range You could put them in multiple times for a longer list

Open a window for both... then if you need to randomize it again (like there are multiple of the same in a row).. there is a button that says again..

You could then post on the forum for people to follow if they wish...

Wow, I'm not the only one who uses this site. :P

Yeah I use it for all sorts of things when I don't want to make choices. Also for work, when we have to audit different items and different times of the day for the customer. That way they can't claim I was trying to influence results.

@Spitfire77 - Thanks, but for this club we'll be sticking to Winner picks PP & everyone else chooses a suitable track.

👍

Had some good races tonight. The tyres for the PP ranges works very well, better than I expected. We just need more people in the lobby.

:D

Seems like I missed this the lobby this time, sadly. I'll hopefully join next time!

Cool, just a thought. I spend more time online reading forums then i do playing these days sadly. Really seems like a fun club. When/if i do get online i will be looking for these rooms for sure. Need to buy some cats first.

You might have more joy if you buy some cars, I hear that even Jenson the cat isn't in GT anymore.

;)

Haha oops. Need to review my posts when using my cell phone. Still would like to get a cat or two

"Clock" PSN = SCClockDR29379

I'm intrigued, already have several no-tune wheels in the garage. (Member status.)

I might be running a room tonight at about 20:00 hours UK time. If I do, I'll post the number up here as soon as the room is open.

By the way, in order to attract more ex-Shufflers I've changed the official club room name to; "CLEAN SHUFFLE! 350-550pp CH-SH."

👍

Sorry , been busy lately. I hope to host a few times this week. Evening/nights EST

No worries. As I said in the first post, this club is about racing or running rooms 'when you feel like it'.

:)

Is there a room open right now? If not, then I'll open one soon.

EDIT:
Room Open!

First time doing anything of this sorts, so please don't sue if I screw it up somehow.

You have to be on the official member list in order to be an auxilery host to be able to open a room. Also, not a good idea to open a room just before an official host said they might be opening one at 8pm UK time.

:embarrassed: Sorry about that. Besides I am an official member, guess I just didn't see the announcement :indiff:.

Had some fine racing last night (mostly). The room filled up to full within 20 minutes, & we had several races with 13 out on track. It felt like the good ole days again in GT5's Shuffle mode. In fact; "I Can't Believe It's Not Shuffle"!

:)

I would definitely be up for this, though... I have to say that Hard tires makes my hair hurt. :P I'm always wanting Mediums or Soft C/S compounds so I can tear around curves that much faster. I guess I'd better practice.

It's not as bad as you might think. Comfort Hard tyres in GT6 have the same amount of grip as Comfort Medium tyres in GT5. I was a little bit concerned as to whether the tyres would be too slippy for the PP ranges chosen, but in fact I think they work very well. If you want more grip in a race, then choose a PP closer to the cut off point (assuming you've just won of course). For instance 450PP etc.

Hope to see you out on track soon. 👍
