Time for Libs of TikTok to face a Twitter suspension. They’ve reportedly been responsible for more than a couple incidents like this.

I had to look it up to figure out that libs of tiktok is rightwing. What a confusing name.

I went on a short google search to figure out specifically what's being called pornography there. It's not remotely clear. I think this may be based on text.
"Everything I don't like is _____."

Well the book Gender Queer is mentioned as one of the banned books in her classroom. And of course we have people trying to claim it violates obscenity laws:

I do wonder if this is what passes for the Oklahoma Secretary of Education to accuse someone of displaying pornography to children. Because that's appalling if it's the case.

Of course, being Chris Rufo, the "story" (a fitting description) is full of outlandish claims and lacks sound evidence to back them up, but these worthless sacks of ****--just the absolute stupidest mother****ers--hang onto every word.

Modern American conservatism is mental illness.

You know, I'd be ok with my kid's school telling him about all that stuff, but I draw the line at packers. No kid of mine is going to be subjected to learning about the Green Bay Packers, and if any school tries to teach him that I will cause a scene at the school board meeting.

I think you're on to a good idea for Brent Terhune.

Deal with it. Rodgers owns the Lions ... well, not quite as bad as he owns the Bears.

This is really is the culmination of years of "culture wars". Trump's unlikely win in 2016 opened a Pandora's box of conservative bile. My long-time business colleague and friend (who once ran for Congress as a Democrat in Iowa) said after the election: "it's who we are."

The mid-terms will demonstrate just how far down that road the majority of (voting) Americans want to go.

Nope, he is worthless, like so many of our officials. It is going to be another wonderful series of lawsuits wasting taxpayer money on stupid pandering stuff.

Some Ryan Walters background

The link above has some information on Walters. Unfortunately, that link is only good for the next day because of a paywall. It is also somewhat sensationalized because that is part of the website's schtick. However, it generally does a pretty good job of summarizing what is going on and is significantly less biased than most anything else that is going to come out of the state.

The GOP in the US's poorest state committed fraud with $70m in Federal welfare funds, paying for speeches that were never delivered, along with a Volleyball complex and horse farm!

How the hell has neonatal medicine got anything to do with paediatric/adult gender services....

While there is legitimate discussion to be had about "automatic affirmation" by professionals this....isn't the way to do it.

Anything can be about anything if you squeeze your head hard enough and crap comes flowing out.

Gosh.

The Mississippi with the Republican governor? With nearly three Republicans to each Democrat in the state Senate? With something like a 70% majority in the state House of Representatives? That Mississippi?

I like the part where the aforementioned Republican governor was involved in the firing of an individual looking into the matter.

What's with Green Bay Packers quarterbacks being absolute garbage human beings? It explains so much about Qaren Rodgers, who was a protege of Farve.

This is the legacy of Trump though, right? You can lie or just spout gibberish in the general direction of your target, and people who want an excuse to behave in a certain way will be like "yeah, sure, don't think too hard about it".

Trump wasn't the first to do this, but he sure showed how far you can take it. There have been some famous books about when propaganda becomes more of a factor in determining people's behaviour than reality, and that's kind of where we are. At the risk of going full Dotini, it seems like truth and logic is pretty irrelevant to a lot of people.

As much as I want to say the line, I realize that this particular receipt isn't representative. This soft bitch isn't American.

I'd suggest that Dotini is among those to whom truth and logic are irrelevant.

The nadir – not just of the film, but probably of Fox’s whole screen career – may be the scene in which a drug-addled Hunter stumbles around a party before having a lengthy conversation with a dog, expressed on the screen via crudely rendered thought bubbles. Woof.

Having a thought bubble conversation with a dog is still better than a conversation with your penis, right Tommy Lee?

I've had worse with people.

Mine tends to get to the point pretty quick.
