It's actually really cool to see them lined up.

You can actually see what bits changed through each generation, and what bits were influenced by the previous generations.

They said during the broadcast today to be at your screens around 10:30 PM. I guess they are talking about EST but it was not clear.

Of the picture with all the generations, I like the C2, C3, and C4 the best with the C7 next in line.

How much do you guys think this will go for? Can't be no more then at least $1,200,000. That said, I'm ready to be wrong.

One thing I am certain about, its not gonna be anywhere near that Batmobile.

Love the photo of the Vette family. It has been a long time and the Corvettes are still running strong! 👍

As far as Stingrays are concerned, for me there is only one:

I do admit that I like the C7, it is greatest evolutionary leap in the Corvettes design since C5. But somehow, I have this uneasy feeling about the 7-speed transmission. I guess time will tell how well it will endure, not to mention the rev match feature.

The more and more I see it, the more I appreciate what they did with it. It's gorgeous.

1.1 Mil? Jesus. I'm glad that money is going back home to CCS students, but I'm salty I never enrolled like I wanted to there. lol

And errr, I wonder how many people in the audience were like "... yea, I'll just buy mine at retail later..."

I just wished I bought the batmobile....

Funny, I remember saving this photo a long time ago thinking hmm, that looks different but oddly fitting.
It's a kit by California Corvettes I think, kind of interesting how it has a lot of C7 cues in it.

Agreed, Im really impressed with how they managed to show such an evolution from c4 to c7. There's clearly a common style but the changes are so well suited to the timeline... In this age of gtr it is hard to keep smooth lines and make them supplement the actual speed and cost to end up with a product worth buying; I believe the c7 is that car.

I just want to know how heavy this thing is god dammit just let us know!!!

It better be amazing after keeping it a secret for so damn long.

Still surprised we weren't told all the specs at the NAIAS... I want to know how the suspension is laid out in this car. The mules that were spotted didn't seem to have a rear sway bar from photos and I want to know if they're rocking the same type of setup that Mclaren is using on their MP412C!

I guess the weight figure of the GT5-one is fairly accurate, if not completely accurate.

I mean, it can't be far off. But I don't think its anything to go off of. If they are purposely keeping it a secret, they will not let a spec in a video game be an indication to the real thing.

I think its going to be under 3200 lbs, possibly even lighter.

They previously promised under 3000lbs. As I mentioned in a previous post, I thought they had said the car had lost somewhere around 400 or 500 lbs, which would put it somewhere around 2800lbs.

Did they promise that much? I don't think that it will be that light, but it would be epic if it was under 3000 pounds.
