I mean it's better than the anti-science guy who's ineptitude caused a massive HIV outbreak in Indiana heading up our CoV-19 defense. I'd rather have doctors, even retired ones that are right in the age range that is currently experiencing the highest mortality rate.

I hit up Wal-Mart today because I needed some formula for my little dude. They were completely sold out, like every single can of formula was gone from the shelves. They didn't have hand soap either nor did they have bath roomer cleaner that I needed. I asked of the stockers and they just laughed. They told me yesterday they had to have security break up numerous fights over water and toilet paper, which seemed weird. I get the toilet paper because being caught short is a terrible thing, but water? Do people think the water is going to suddenly stop working? Even if CoV-19 is spreadable through water, you could just boil tap water if need be.
Also, the price they were charging for water was absurd. Typically you get a case of water for like $3-$4, but they had raised the price to $10 for one case of Wal-Mart brand water. Like seriously? Gatorade was double the normal price too, as was Coke and Pepsi products. One 2L of Diet Coke was a whopping $2.99 when they're typical $.79.
This just reaffirmed my belief that there's a hysteria right now and I'm afraid it's going to get worse before it gets better. It won't be long before people resort to serious violence because someone bought the last case of water. No one should get shot for water or toilet paper.
