CRAP DiRT Rally Club [PS4] Racenet League Events live

Here is my proposal for our next full season.

CRAP Dirt Rally World Championship

The championship will be held over 6 locations ( Monte Carlo, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Germany and Wales )
Each location will have between 6 and 9 stages.

The final stage of each location will be a power stage where the top 3 stage times will score an extra 3 points for fastest, 2 points for second fastest and 1 point for third fastest.

Points will be scored as follows the event winner will score the same number of points as the number of competitors who complete the event. For example if 10 competitors complete the event, first place will get 10 points, second will get 9 points etc. down to last place getting 1 point.

The season will begin on Monday 4th of July and will run for 6 weeks, each location having one week to be completed.

All group A cars will be eligible, tuning will be allowed.

Can everyone let me know if this is acceptable and I will get it set up ASAP.

Hi. Requested to join this league on the official website. Just got the game yesterday. Have not yet had a chance to put in any game time as yet.
My first rally game ever so I probably would be ranked last always :lol:
Looking forward to joining you :gtpflag:guys....
Welcome Gogga, I'm sure you will find us a friendly bunch and look forward to seeing your stage times.

I was testing out the Integrale last night on the second stage (forget the name, but it's Hammerstein in reverse) in the rain. I didn't put in competitive times, because it's a lot more finicky than the Impreza, but I'm pretty sure it's faster. It "feels" faster, although I was struggling to put a clean stage together. I will make a decision this evening. I either find the rhythm in the Integrale, or compete in the Impreza.

If I change settings on a car does it stay like that until I change it back or is it only that stage?

After having made the changes to your set up before leaving the set up screen the very bottom tab will be "Save / Load presets". Push X, name the set up (i.e. 95 Impreza Germany). Then highlight the setting and push Square to load your preset. Press circle to get back to the main screen and you'll notice that your preset will be there by name for the whole rally until you choose to change it.

Played this one carefully. I was off the pace in a few of the stages, but I still made a few dumb mistakes. I'll take second for the time being though. If I remain in the top 5 I'll be happy.

I had better drive the last 5 stages with reckless abandon if I hope the break the top five...

Do we use our own cars and upgrades? Don`t think I have upgrades any of those cars
I didn't set it to owned cars so that as many people could participate as possible. I'm not sure if you are in a borrowed car and have the same car in your garage the upgrades transfer. I hope not so that we have as level a playing field as is possible.

When I was picking a car, it said 0/5 in upgrades, 2/5 in subaru, so going to upgrade it to be safe. Dont know how it works, but I thougt the upgrades was for career.

But if any of you know this for sure, let me know, because I dont really want to upgrade it before the event, I wanna compete now!

@Dice73AF I dont know how I mange to do this, but I upgraded wrong subaru, no wonder it said I had 2/4 upgrades still.

But when you own the car, then it show what upgrade I have in the event, sure that it is upgraded even if you own the car? Get really skeptic when it say what upgrades I have

It's a tough learning curve, but once you get into a rhythm it's the most satisfying thing... You're gonna be fast in no time!!
Hope so. I will be back home next week and then my Dirt journey will begin. Cant remember when last I was this excited about learning a game. Suppose its because all I've ever played were track based racers.
