CRAP DiRT Rally Club [PS4] Racenet League Events live

Hello, excuse my English is bad I speak French. @Dice73AF I do not understand your question, how would I have been able to make twice the rally? I have just ended the rally now. @V0RT3X you ended the rally before me...

See my post above, when I mistook QaRevenge for Manuelos due to the Belgian flag, prematurely bragging about my pace going into 1st service area, I was 0.118 seconds in the lead.
I was checking today to see @V0RT3X times on DiRT's site, in an effort to make myself feel better after totaling my vehicle and seeing that I wouldn't have won anyway ;-) I wouldn't have, by the bye...but then I noticed that QaRevenge is ahead of me from SS3 (by over 3 seconds) onwards. @V0RT3X was the only driver faster than myself through the first five stages, so I'm confused how if he was the fastest, it shouldn't change the times below him (i.e. mine or QaRevenge)

By the bye...I'm scared for Greece...especially with the first stage at night. You make some tough rallies...and I'm really enjoying the challenge even though the results have been terrible for me this season. I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say that I appreciate your efforts in making this league fun!!

@Eyeseeh50 - It could be that DiRT Rally's site is acting wonky. I just checked again, and it's back to the way that it was in the first three stages. I know that @QaRevenge only just finished, as when I totaled, he/she did not run after the 3rd stage and he/she is done now, so it must've just been run.

I don't think there was a foul here...maybe it was because he was in the middle of running his event while I was looking which was making the times wonky on DiRT's site. Then again, I'm tech loser, so I don't really understand how / why it works.

Encore, je m'excuse @QaRevenge = felicitations as un bon tours!!!

@Dice73AF your French is good! I do not understand what it takes place... I went to see this morning on the site and I saw that @V0RT3X had ended the running, with an error in the last stage. I struck a stone in the SS7 but nothing serious. The rally of Germany is the rally only one where I can run fast, look at my results in Sweden and Finland... No furthermore I have never cheated to win, if I break the car, I abandon(give up), it is just only a game...

C'est pas Francais exactement, c'est Quebecoise :sly:

I think it was DiRT's website that was glitchy. Probably because you were inputting times at the same time that I was on the site and it made things wonky for a bit. Forgive me.

Again, great pace in Germany!! ...expect @Manuelos hasn't run yet. He's pretty fast too.

@Dice73AF no problem! I know that @Manuelos is very fast, much faster than me ... I had of the chance on this rally of Germany, I run fast without making big faults ... I realized the first three stages the beginning of week and the last ones today, I never make a rally at one time because I do not have time there. I do not understand @V0RT3X yet, you had finished the rally before me, I went to see this morning on the site before beginning my race.

I finished the rally before you, but you started well before me, so I am confused, did you take a really long break or something?

Yes I made the first three stages Tuesday or Wednesday and the end of the rally today, I did not have time to make all the rally at one time. I left to the service, after SS3 and finished today, if it is not authorized I did not know him and sorry...

my english is very very bad, sorry...

I've had to take a long pause too, I did stage 1 at the start of the week and got an ok time but didn't feel comfortable because I've been playing WRC5 which is almost the exact opposite. I need a long recce in an Evo X to get back into the swing of things.

Sorry to dash the hopes of those who thought I crashed out on stage 2.

didn't feel comfortable because I've been playing WRC5

What do you think of that game? WRC 5, I mean? I got that when it came out, but didn't have my wheel. I enjoyed it on a DualShock controller. I bought a wheel and pedals in anticipation of DiRT, but I couldn't get my wheel to work on WRC 5. I tried asking them on their website multiple times but they never got back to me. I traded it for Project CARS...which I find is awesome!

I always take breaks during a rally. I usually hot lap in Custom Events to the first service area 'til I feel comfortable with the car, then race against Master AI until I can beat them soundly. Then is when I feel I'm ready to put a time in. That, however, hasn't been working for me this season :sly:

That's how I do it. No worries. I'll tell you what, your English is FAR better than my French. That's for sure. Merci pour essayer quand meme!!

I didn't think you could pause a rally. I guess I was mistaken. Your English is just fine don't worry. You speak it better than most Americans. :D

You can save and quit at each service area or one of the cheats I'm not happy about is to quit out of the game during a stage and your time is not recorded.
I would like to think that every competitor in this league tries to be fair and only quits at the service areas.

That's honestly what I thought was happening. I always do the whole rally at once.

Yes it is good what I made, I realized the first three stages at the beginning of the week, I left the game during the park service, after SS3 and ended my rally today. I do not play to win but to amuse me, never I leave a current stage, in the real life there is no restart (I was a co-pilot in BMW M3 in some Belgian rallys), I play the game and if I loses it doesn't matter. I am sorry that you thought that I acted that way a little disappointed even...

I'm mostly upset that you beat me by 2 tenths of a second. :sly:

All is good mate. Well done on such good times in Germany.

@V0RT3X in the power stage I push hard, I know the Frauenberg by heart. The rally of Germany is the rally only one where I can run fast, with two tenth beforehand, I was very lucky. Look at the classification of the rally of Sweden, I end a tenth behind @KaAre_kaNin...
In Greece, I shall be satisfied if I end the rally in the top ten most importing will be to bring the car on arrival.
@Eyeseeh50 thank you, I took a lot of pleasure to make this race in Germany.:)

I thought I had nothing to lose in Frauenberg because I was so far back on @ZeroLaps and @V0RT3X and had a bit of a gap behind so I pushed to the absolute limit, on the final left hander (just after the road drops down) I ran slightly too wide and clipped a Hinkelstein, there was no major damage but I had to reverse out of the trees which cost a few seconds. The top two were just too quick for me this week.

I play on a controller to so probably have a similar experience, it's not the best rally game but for a first effort it's not too bad, the one thing which really annoys me is the way AI times are generated, it's kind of a game-breaker.

I was doing great the whole rally, but braking issues caused me to go off twice and i got 2 penalties.
