I`ve got to mention the two Audi touring cars that can be purchased in the Audi(DUH) 
showroom. These cars are SWEET! 
My B-Speccer uses`em to win me the German touring car championship over & over so I`ll have plenty of coin. đź‘Ť IMO, they`re much better than the Opel Calibra(

I personally looked forward to the Holden Monaro the most. It's great to see Aussie cars get the recognition they so deserve. Out of the cars in the game I loved the Citroen 2cv and Fiatt 500f, 500l and 500r because I loved those cars when I lived in Europe. They're useless in racing but their nostalgic value is priceless. As for the car I like the best, it would have to be the Minolta Toyota 88cv. It's combination of amazing speed and flawless handling always leaves a smile on my face.

In stock civillian flavor, it's a tie between the Lotus Esprit V8 and the BMW M3 CSL. The M3 has almost supernatural handling with medium sports tires, but then it's practically a civillian race car like the Porshe 911s. I'd be afraid that racing rubber would spoil me rotten so I'm never gonna try it. The Lotus in violet-blue or gray-silver is gorgeous and a sweet ride without being road glue like the M3.
I have to add that the Toyota Supra MkIII is dear to my heart too, as I own one. Fortunately, the game is so authentic that I can race my virtual Supra without fear of speeding tickets. đź‘Ť

OK. Today I bought the Apex MR-S JGTC '00.
I tuned it (519hp and 1125kg) and bought Racig Medium tires.
I tested at Tsukuba, changed the settings several times and I managed to get 50.488 (racing medium). This car handles so ****ing good đź‘Ť This is my favorite racing car.

Recently tried a BMW M3 as well as a 120i. Very sweet handling & generally a joy to drive as far as I`m concerned. BMW`s DON`T SUCK. The fact that I can`t afford a real one DOES SUCK.

To me it seems obvious what my favourite car is.... In a car I look for SPEED and HANDLING and SOUND and DYNAMICS. The one car that has all this..and which happens to be an LMP is the TOYOTA MINOLTA 88CV.
Honestly this car is crazy...it can chase anything down...I even did the formula gt championship with it!!!!! It looks great sounds great and the handling is something else! Even at 1223 bhp it can still take u quick around the ring in 5:35 in complete control.
I think I have every LMP car and through rigorous testing I find that this is how they rate....my top 10!

3. Nissan R92CP (right up there with the Minolta for speed)
4. Audi R8 (Best looking LMP)
5.Maclaren f1 GTR (Lacks speed...but hey its the F1!!)
6. Toyota GT1 (Handles awesome..looks great)
7.Sauber Mercedes (Doesnt look special...but flies)
8.Mazda 787 ( Cool rotary engine looks great in black)
9. Jag xj220 (reaally fast once tuned)
10. Bentley Speed 8 ( Expecting it to be a lot better but handles well)
The others lack a bit of xfactor đź‘Ž . I was reli disappointed with the xjr-9. 5 gears doesnt cut it.
My favourite unmodified RAW production car is definitely the FORD GT closely followed by the M3 GTR (which can be tuned to handle exactly like its racecar version
) and the OPEL SPEEDSTER because it is just such a fun car to drive!!

Nice list, I have searched and looked where I can get the Pescorolo Plastation but cant find out how, so how do I get it???

the Alfa Romeo 155 race car (i dont know the exact name). my god, i love that car so much. racing around nurburgring norschliefe in the DTM was incredible. sure i came second and third on my attempts (the first two times i used the car) but wow, untuned from when i won it it obliterated everything, until i got to the last corner and it spun

My favorite car is the Skyline r32. With some tunning... BLITz off course! Handles lovely... overster easily... Drift the nuts!! The sound off the engine is imperative and the turbo SPLASHES high...
I´ve got one with 400 horsepower and its amazing to drive!
My compliments to some cars: Honda S2000; Mutang 04; Ford GT rAce CAr; TAKATA DOME NSX Race Car.

Well at this point I've got two favorites. One for practical reasons and one because it's just so much fun to drive.
First and formost my favorite car in real life and the game is the Charger. I'm sure that anyone who has seen previous posts of mine will know I love this car.
It's got the looks it's got the go and it's got the sound. Despite what most may think with a little bit of tweeking it can also handle amazingly well and that's not including R series tires. I love watching replays where I'm kicking much more expensive and acclaimed car ass!
My favorite racing car in the game is anyone of the JGTC NSX's. These cars handle wonderfully, move like a bat out of hell and look pretty sexy to. The Takata Dome NSX especially is a blast around the ring in stock form and simply gets crazier with each boost in HP after that. They're not the fastest race cars but if you can handle one well you can keep up with almost anything in the game. Almost anything...

The 787B-Fantastic handling, great tire wear, looks awesome in black, and it's one the best sounding cars in the game.
As for road cars
Pagini Zonda C12s 7.3-Just bought it a couple days ago. It's really smooth with R3's and although the brakes aren't impressive, if you throw on racing brakes they aren't that bad. Too bad it's only in silver.

I have not finished the whole game yet (around 57-58 %) but I have to say my favorite car ( for its overall ability to hold its bout with more powerful cars) is the TVR cerbera Speed 6 1997. Wow, accelerates like a Torpedo, turns very well, sonds nice, looks nice and it can beat the crap out of 500-600hp cars with its 350hp. My respects to TVR for making such a ride.
And a special mention for the 2005 Mustang GT that handles way better than the SVT Cobra R, wich is very overrated IMO. Looks all good, but can't turn.

I just started over today, so my favorite car this goaround has to be the GT-R GT Skyline won in the all A gold. It has that killer pace car scheme and with 541 HP at this stage, it's hard to go wrong. I know several races I could use this in, however I don't have the licenses for them, yet.

The Amuse S2000 R1 has to be my favourite. I saw a blue one in a Touge battle in Best Motoring so it was great to see it in the game. It doesn't have too much power but its still capable of low low 50 second lap times on Tsukuba due to it's light weight. Nice sound too.

isn't it obvious what my favorite car is. I love it because it handles so well. It's just more fun to drive and easy to control. I ask of it.... and it obeys. no doubt about it. It's just a guess but it seems obvious that the engine is from the Suzuki 1300 GSX-R hayabusa. the fastest production motorcycle in the world

Most fun Nurburgring car so far: just a nice stock RUF yellowbird. I love the fastness but with the scary light front end! Nice balance but a bit rugged and unrefined. I like it. Works well to accentuate the 'ring's bumpiness!
The Daimler-Benz Motor Carriage is one of my favorite cars but will not be driven ever again...
The REALLY fast cars leave me a bit cold, as I like to control skids and slides and generally throw the cars around. The physics seem more subtle and interesting with the fast but more normal road cars!
