Strong language warning for the video.

"What is a woman?"

Holy cow. So much Karen energy from that... lady thing. And her (I'm assuming) husband is no better. What was that about birds of feather flocking together?

And she doesn't even look remotely remorseful in her mugshot, now does she? Gee whiz.

Completely normal.... Definitely not a 1st Amendment violation:

This is what happens when Communism and Capitalism love each other very much: the Don't Say Pay bill!

In the bill, Brodeur wrote that those who write “an article, a story, or a series of stories,” about “the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, a Cabinet officer, or any member of the Legislature,” and receives or will receive payment for doing so, must register with state offices within five days after the publication of an article that mentions an elected state official.

If another blog post is added to a blog, the blogger would then be required to submit monthly reports on the 10th of each month with the appropriate state office. They would not have to submit a report on months when no content is published.

For blog posts that “concern an elected member of the legislature” or “an officer of the executive branch,” monthly reports must disclose the amount of compensation received for the coverage, rounded to the nearest $10 value.

If compensation is paid for a series of posts or for a specific amount of time, the blogger would be required to disclose the total amount to be received, upon publication of the first post in said series or timeframe.

Additional compensation must be disclosed later on.

Failure to file these disclosures or register with state officials, if the bill passes, would lead to daily fines for the bloggers, with a maximum amount per report, not per writer, of $2,500. The per-day fine is $25 per report for each day it’s late.

The bill also requires that bloggers file notices of failure to file a timely report the same way that lobbyists file their disclosures and reports on assessed fines. Fines must be paid within 30 days of payment notice, unless an appeal is filed with the appropriate office. Fine payments must be deposited into the Legislative Lobbyist Registration Trust Fund if it concerns an elected member of the legislature.

So I posted about this over in the Free Speech thread. Not a criticism that you posted here (looks like I actually posted after you)...doesn't hurt if more eyes see it.

My parents gave me this same crap (obtained from Sean Hannity) - that CRT is some kind of communist plot. I asked them to walk me through it, they muddled through some kind of "divide and conquer" nonsense. I guess the dividing here being the division between racists and non racists?

They seemed to think that all that was needed was some kind of division, anything to divide the country over. I told them that if that was the case then they were contributing to it by allowing themselves to be divided and that they should embrace CRT out of a sense of national unity to stand firm against the onslaught of communistic division. They didn't think that was funny.

At that point I tried to point out to them, as I would to this guy, that what's being discussed here isn't even CRT, and communism has nothing to do with that, and China isn't communist, and China isn't trying to make us communist, and CRT has nothing to do with economics, and... yea you can imagine that this did not get considered.

Even if they do give out gender transition plans, anyone who isn't a complete idiot would realize that aspirin is a drug and a plan is likely a piece of paper with some information on it. One can kill you if you take too much while the other can...uhhh...maybe give you a paper cut if you're not careful?

There are so many things actually to be upset about, we don't need to invent things for outrage. I mean, we could start with how the middle class is being used and abused to the point where they're unable to do anything like purchase a vehicle (nevermind a home), buy groceries, go on vacation, or do anything other than work to exist.

Can we get an unflattering photo of you in order to judge the validity of you standpoints in future? Ta.
lol

You seem to be confused. If I'm to "judge the validity" of this particular standpoint, I'd probably point to substances long referred to as milk despite their not having been secreted from mammary glands of mammals, or perhaps the word's use as a verb that may or may not relate to mammary secretions. I might present one's purported political ideals such as limited government as contrasting with efforts to police speech without meaningfully preventing or remedying legitimate harm (because there is none, because nobody is confused when "vegan juice" is labeled as milk, because those seeking "vegan juice" as a substitute for dairy milk are likely doing so explicitly because it's not dairy milk).

I gather you've taken exception to what I was actually doing--openly mocking a cretinous connie culture warrior--and I'm okay with that. Since they're keen to show contempt for, among other things, the expressive rights of others on the basis that particular expression is merely disfavored, they really ought to expect contempt in return.

No, not really. I'm taking exception to physical appearance being used to somehow reinforce what might otherwise be a sensible point, when in reality it's an irrelevant cheap shot.

Yes, really, and that's okay. Maybe you wouldn't have taken exception if my mockery took some other form, but as it is you took exception to my mockery.

I'm not "politically correct." I'm not likely to mock one's appearance just for the sake of it, but when I have such a low view of an individual as I do of Stefanik--one that has been informed by the individual's repeated showing of contempt for others--I'm going to be a dick.

I wasn't trying to make a point with my posting, sensible or otherwise. I could have, but instead I was going for "hey, look at fatty here saying stupid things."

You can continue to stew or not.

Edit: I should say I posted as I did not imagining doing so runs afoul of forum standards, though I recognize that relevant standards are subjective.

Whatevs. It devalues any point you have when it's backed up with 'body-shaming'. Like, if she was fit as **** would it have made any difference to what she said?

My God, even lay people know about Reye's syndrome and the link with aspirin.

Meanwhile....
