Incredible 4 way racing session with preisty, kamy and mcglone, probably the closest racing i've done on gt so far, the cars were so incredibly matched! But when the integra gets into first it just waves goodbye which is annoying. Suzuka is tough on the driver, and the 15 lapper will undoubtedly pose some exiting battles up front. We managed to have very few incidents tonight (the biggest of which was a STUPID mistake by me) considering how close we were. I advise all drivers to do a few compettitive races before monday, to get an idea of where opponents will brake and where you need to be to avoid them.

I agree on that. There is some corners you seriously can not over take on. People need to be aware.
 
I've had a brilliant idea for the overall scoring, to account for missed races due to being away or connection issues.

My Idea:
After all races are over, the LOWEST two scores for each driver are ignored.

What you guys think?, it could really help give those who have lost points for being crashed off or missing races a chance to keep up.
 
The weather is getting warmer going into the weekend and next week. I'm hoping my room is cool enough to race monday!

Upload all your game saves via psn plus, trade your ps in and get a new one before it breaks?
 
Man with a plan eh? :) A good hint for you. Trade it in which will get you around £100 just the console. Buy a 120GB Slimline for £80 off gumtree. Saving £20 :)

Disaster! I touch the grass and lose control, off into the gravel I go! (at this point I swore quite loud lol), Upto Mag to beat the evil Honda, Come on Mag!

Well unfortunately no he wouldn't, Kamy for the win!

Epic race and just one of many that night, Frag was with us aswell but all races followed the same path, clean and very close racing!

I didn't actually win one (altho Imessed up the chicain on the last lap whist in front and Kamy took the win), But Mag and Frag did manage to win so there is hope for the rest of us!

Anyway roll on tomorrow!

Anybody gonna be on today for some practice/racing?

Ofcourse we don't need it. It was one of that cases where it's better to just slow down and try next time. If I tried to pass there we would be 3 wide on entry to a tight chicane. No need to tell you what would happen.

Anyway this game allready feels like F1, with crappy Pirelli tires which last less than 10 laps and the draft that looks like DRS. ;)

EDIT: Looking forward for race start today.

I know it's the only Britain track on this game but it has no pits.

It got changed to Monaco.
 
just to check, are we using the change weather version of suzuka tonight? on the calender in the first post it has this round as just being suzuka, then another round later in the year that says change weather.
might be a few mins late tonightm should be there before 9 though

I thought it might be weather but tbh I've not done any wet testing on it, seeing the first post tho I'm guessing it's dry which is good news :)

For some reason I thought it would be weather. Looking at the 1st post it says otherwise. Just went through a brief rainy test for nothing. :dopey:

It would but it's on the calendar again anyway so one dry and one wet is cool with me :)
 
I was under the illusion that tonight is the weather version of Suzuka, so don't count your eggs too early guys :D

Just got PM from Bradders, he won't be able to join us tonight, I said I'd post it up incase he doesnt get chance too :)
 
I blew the Head gasket on my civic and the pit crew are being lazy.. meaning i can't race tonight! just kidding lol but i can't make it. I forgot it was the Mrs' birthday and gotta go out so, sorry guys :/..
 
Was trying to say, I had to pit on lap 1 and on lap 3 due to 3wheel damage and full engine damage, tires were then shot so had to pit again lap 12.

Gonna check the reply as not to happy!
