We used to have many team meets back in the day, plus we ran 2 full race series of BTCC, and an Mx-5 TC series that I ran.

Hey guys I am thinking to do one of my reasonably priced car events on Top Gear here soon.

I will let you guys know the car so you can buy it and of course it will be stock. I will also run recommend cars too. But those cars do get boring after a while. So i thought about having you guys buy a car or cars before hand and set the room to no tuning and do it that way.

Give out prizes such as level tickets/birthday tickets/paints/suits/ect.

So if you are interested let me know. I used to have full rooms for hours on end before when I did this so I hope there will be a good turnout.

We love to race me especially! He's aiming it at the team but others are more than welcome if you know how to keep it clean and listen to rules . I receive a new tele tomorrow so anytime after tomorrow

I got my DFGT about a month ago. As for advice, I would recommend that you do some grip laps in a car of around 500 pp just to get a feel for the wheel. Then, when you feel ready, do what Chris advises. Using a Nissan s13 at nearly stock, with some tuning tweaks, drift some figure of 8s on the Top Gear Test Track. The place to do this is at the crossover, where there are 2 circles made of triangles.

Mcglone had a nice idea for the TT Night, which working together came to something like:

2 Classes.
-Class 1 low pp (300-400)
-Class 2 high pp (400-450)
Sports Hard all round, no 4WD

Road Cars only.

TT session on HARD touge track, with both groups running at same time.
Each driver has a car built for each spec so the two groups can swap over.
Races towards end.

Should be a cool session with FF and RWD touge machines at a realistic and competitive spec.

Would try to get atleast 10 drivers, a little tesing needed to get a good track and fun pp regs. Saturday sound good?
