Awesome, thanks! I was already poking around that site, but missed the options behind the arrow button.
It's a fantastic one... see who you raced against, remind yourself where you qualified and finished, count how many races and figure out the time you wasted when you thought it was half of what it was...

If only it listed the DR you earned/lost along with the SR for each race... that would be super!

That's a good point - why does it NOT list DR changes? I would love to know the DR changes per race, moreso than SR changes.
Suspect it's not easily available... but not sure. I still have to refresh Kudosprime to see the incremental change, after each race. But having a record of it to look at would be nice. I don't think PD want it to be that accessible, but I don't understand the technical limitations or possibilities either.

It was interesting to learn the SR values via that page... it helped me to understand the way that works, how you 'pocket' a certain number of SR, and it is easy to see how much is 'available' for each race... helping you to establish boundaries so that you can avoid big losses if you have an issue in a race... you know exactly how many you can earn, and can do the math easily if you earn a penalty during the race.

I'm not sure that's the case. I have the GTS Companion app and that updates DR and SR after every race. If that can access both DR and SR on an instantaneous basis, and that site also records SR from each then surely it can access the DR figures from that race? It seems (from the outside) that the information required must be right there and available for them to present, but for some reason they don't. They have access to the DR rating of the driver, as shown in the charts on the page, but like on Kudosprime it only updates with daily change not race-specific change. I'm probably missing something, but it just seems like it should be available so should be included in the race analysis area of that site.

I only gives you the day to day changes in the chart under the DR graph. Just hover over the red or green circle to see the change in daily DR. (So you could do it manually after every race if you wanted.)

Yeah but that site gives each driver's breakdown of position, SR change, lead laps, etc. It would be a complete list if the DR change was included. It's always interesting to see why your DR has gone down despite finishing 3 places ahead of your qually position and in the top half of the lobby.

Sadly is almost impossible if PD does not provide that. Imagine that kudos needs to pull every race and go over millions of user and do the math to get the diff between what you have before and after the races. Would be much easier for PD to provide it, that some of the guys that managed this great site to do it.

Some nerdy stuff. I noticed all the turns at Autopolis are like 40R, 240R, etc... all end in zero, except for the last turn for the Short course which is 37.9R. This means nothing, just numbers. :)

And the last turn of the full course...

I guess because that bypass was shoehorned into the main course, to make the alternative shorter layout, that radius was all they had room for!

Totally digging Race C this week, still. After 10 races on the alt, where I was getting about 500 DR per race and avoiding any trouble with 8 CRB, even was able to enjoy a couple on the main account this AM. Still no wins, but some top 5's and podiums, with a nice return on DR along the way. I'm not the fastest on pace, but keeping it clean and running the race to the script is paying well.

I think I'm going to sell everything I have, buy a condo and garage at Yamagiwa, a Supra, and enjoy that every day for the foreseeable future!

Was that close to a win finally! But this alien toyed with me on the last lap, pipping me at the line after running be down from 4 seconds behind with a lap to go.

1 Race this morning. Saw Kosmokazi. TPC 2-3 finish. And my 1st time hitting 15 CRB. :D

Awesome to race with you... our pace is so close but you're just a bit quicker. We had a nice team-like race with consistent laps in position. Nice livery, too. See you out there again!

I'd love to know why we can't pick our cars for Race A. Its fun picking which Gr 4,3,2,1 cars to use.

Some of you mentioned liveries for Race A cars...if we do a livery, we don't have access to it do we? We have to choose the color they provide.

Can we change the color of our "little square badge thingy" that shows up on the board?

Yes, there is an option in the livery editor for that. It has a different name that "little square badge thingy" that I don't recall, but you'll recognise the name when you find it.

You can change the colour chip in livery editor when you save a livery. However you can't for the provided cars as the livery is also provided.

So I imagine those numbers are curve radius (radi-ie?). What I don't get is T5 (60R) has the same radius as T11, but it's flat and T11 is downhill, and maybe off camber (it's been a while), yet I FEEL like T5 is a slower, tighter corner. I guess I'll have to check my MPH if I get there this week...

I'm not smart enough to understand the reasons. But apparently Suzuka 130R is 130 meters. Fuji 100R is 100m. And so on. I think it's only in Japan or least only in places they use the metric system.

And the length of the radius doesn't necessarily relate to the tightness of the corner or the speed. You could have a shallow 90m radius corner and a tight 90m corner and both would be called 90R (geometry nerd alert!!!). All they have in common is that they are 90 metres long.

As solid as my runs have been at Yamagiwa, on the main and alt accounts this week... I just can't break through for a win!

But the best race combo I've had in a while. What I like is that it typically rewards your true pace and racecraft:

See a Senna fan ahead of you, with a one second qualifying time advantage, but who is all over the place? Stay clear of him, let him take himself out. He will.

See another guy trying to pass someone in the tricky chicane in the final sector? Let those two take themselves out, or get penalties on the track limits... they will.

Save your tires by letting a guy pass you early instead of racing through the fast chicanes in the first sector? You'll be faster on lap 6 or 7, and can pass him or overcut him on the pit stop with those better tires later.

It's been forever since I had a win in a A/S lobby (had some nice ones on the way up from SR bumps and the reset, but I don't remember the last A/S lobby win I've had in a 90-99SR room, anyway). So would have been nice... but when getting matched with three or four guys that have a full second on me in the qualifying time, with a fastest lap that is only 5th best or so, and still grabbing podiums most races... been fun. And a new all-time DR high, in time to collect a few FIA points in the final rounds, hopefully.

Cheers, all.

I've officially hit day 40 in GT Sport online mode and I don't think I will ever play on a weekend again. The races have been abysmal. Morons are straight slamming into multiple people so brazenly and getting away with it. I've been getting pushed off the track over and over again. I'm unable to qualify near the front on Maggiore so I'm completely screwed, whether I'm in the middle or in the back. I've rage quit twice today even though I told myself last week that I never will again.

Race C last week was utter bliss compared to this week's race B. I've fallen from DR B to C and I thought that would be enough to have some fun but it's just not happening.

Maybe I'll work on some of the single player or look for a lobby with friendly people but idk..something tells me random lobbies are the same. Just awful people all around.

Edit - I decided to do one more race. Sure enough, I qualified 4th. And sure enough, violent drivers made sure I finished in twelfth.

Have you checked out the Racing Leagues? A lot of those are on the weekends. Super friendly.

I haven't been online for a few days now, I was hoping the penalty system was updated, I take its not?
pity as I really like the supra in race C.

Whilst you will get some idiots in lobbies it's is generally cleaner as the idiots are drawn to sport mode as it takes less thought to get into.

If your going to race in the Daily races on your main account ,you have 2 options .1)Put up a good qualifying time and run like 🤬 or 2)Adopt a @sturk0167 mentality and duke it out .I'm at middle A and I'm content right where I'm at . I have been finishing on the podium at times but I also don't mind a good scrap ,so it all balances out

This is why I made an alt account as I don't care what happens to my DR which is somewhat liberating. Don't get me wrong I am still racing clean 98% of the time but if someone does the dirty on me I have no qualms about seeking payback on my alt account should the opportunity present itself..

Oh if you really want to wind someone up who has punted you be sympathetic to them in post race chat. I had a Spanish driver try to take me out multiple times in one race before he was finally successful on last lap and was hahaha in the post race chat.

Rest of conversation went something like:

Me: I feel sorry for you and hope you get help with anger issues.

Spain: **** you idiot loser.

Me: that is called projecting your insecurity and it's good you are letting it out.

Spain ******* **** **** you ****

Sadly the timer ran out so I couldn't continue the therapy session and I am a bit sad I didn't screenshot it in time either. I think I was the only one laughing at end though.
