That is so accurate! The AI could use that in a GR.3 race, and I'd totally assume it's a C8.R

Also the Ferrari VGT is alright....shame the fun won't even last a full lap of sarthe or the ring

Drove the VGT once then sold it immediately… 😑😑😑

I thought it was alright. It's close to the real pace of the fastest cars at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Once the hybrid boost has gone I can't see it being much quicker than a 3:17. I did a 3:20 on racing mediums with a half decent lap.

In real life the Toyota TS050 did a 3:15 and the Toyota GR010 did a 3:23 for reference.

Took the Ferrari VGT to the Nordschleife today. The car is easier to handle than I expected with its +1300 hp.
Does´t have the downforce of a GR.1 car and so it´s a bit slower than the Porsche 919 but it´s topspeed is crazy.
I did place an extra camera today and put on my racing suit for the extra immersive feeling 😄

Tried the Ferrari VGT at Route X and it was out of boost before I made the steep incline lol, how do you mange that boost?, can never retreive much at all in any car that has it and then the car just slugs along, Not much fun in that lol.

If this update doesn't prove that an absolute skeleton crew is assigned to work on this game and all focus is on GT8 then I don't know what does.

Hmmm, considering how long it took PD to make GT7, and that they recycled most of the assets and (presumably) the code base / graphics engine from GTS, it's highly unlikely we'll see another GT game on the PS5.
And if so, maybe as PS5/PS6 cross gen.

Either way, GT7 is the last GT game I'll buy at launch, let alone preorder.

Three measly races again. How on earth do they think that is enough for a live service game? Do they really expect us to believe it takes them several weeks to make each event?




If they adjusted the payouts for custom races, then this problem.would be solved more or less.



If you're just looking for some great races, you can make custome races on your favorite tracks to hold you over.

I wouldn't expect a full game from PD ever again. They've been steadily disappointing us with one step forward two steps back since GT5. Whoever expects a sudden redemption arc now is far too hopeful.

I'm not sure if the new race results not saving or the Veyron locked behind a 1 in 10000 invitation ruined this update more buy I know that troll phony likely hates us as many others have said including myself in the past.

PD still doesn't get it.
25000 CREDITS for the race on Nurburg with a Guilia which takes me 16 minutes. If i ride 10 minutes longer on Tokyo i get 825000 credits. Where is the logic? I just don't understand this. Why are they refusing to give us races with decent payouts??
And another month grinding the same races to earn decent credits. At this point i don't see them ever giving us other races with high payouts.
I mean: is just so hard to give us new missions? Endurance races for 24hours.... What about new championships?

Last month was such a great update and this month they throw it all away once again. I guess will be waiting again 3 months to maybe see a new track/layouts.

Car selection this month is great.

And 2 laps of the Nurburgring giving 25k credits??? I'll be damned if this is not a typo from their part and the intended credits were supposed to be like 75-85k. Which is still piss poor but hey, at least it's more in line with the rest of the payouts.

They still refuse to give us the ability to participate in championships for the plethora of car combinations that is possible with their car roster.

Why!? Why does it have to be this way? Why do they keep making the game so ridiculously dull and numb? Why can't they improve the single player campaign dramatically when it's a goddamn easy job to do?

No noteworthy Championships
No propper Endurance Races
No races or Missions requiring the License Tests you did

They finally made a hypercar event but I cant use the p1 gtr cause pd thinks its a race car.

Well, it isn't a road legal car IRL.

However, neither is the Vulcan and yet that car is allowed to participate lol. The mistake here is on PD for not labelling the Vulcan the same as the FXX-K, Zonda R and P1 GTR.

I want all of you to think about something for a second.

The newly added Chiron, when equipped with all parts from the Tuning Shop, makes 1,796 horsepower. That's a crazy amount, right? But check this out for a second.

It has an option for an Ultra-High RPM Turbo.

If there ever was a time for the fabled Bonanza to make its long-awaited return, that time would be now.

Indeed... The likelyness of even say... 5% of the community getting both the TURBO and the STAGE 5 WEIGHT REDUCTION for that Chiron is abysmally low.

PD can't do math at all.

It still takes a century, literally, to be able to get all the parts possible to fully tune your road cars. Just put those goddamn parts for sale, put it as expensive as you like but at least give us the option to buy them and hey, maybe get some fools to buy MTXs just for those damn parts and Engines.
Locking these features behind a 1 per day roulette ticket is extremely asinine. They went to the absolute extreme to just make people play the game daily and for as long as possible.

I can't call PD a gaming company anymore... They don't understand the concept.

I had a lot of fun with Ferrari today. It drives perfectly, very good acceleration, uncanny braking, amazing grip, just the top speed isn't ludicrous but that's actually good, we didn't need another Tomahawk. Corvette is total meh, it's just a poor man's Ferrari now without the unique design and it doesn't sound good in GT7 too. I don't really care about the Chiron, it's an "old" car at this point. I would much rather see some newer cars like the last Ferraris, Lambos or even a Koenigsegg.

100%, we’ll never get a full game again, in anything. I just want it to be PS5 only, and to actually work when it launches. No more of this fix one thing, break 2 other things every update crap.

How much did you get?

I am almost 100% certain that the payout on the Nurburgring event is a typo that'll get fixed soon. If the intended payout was 125k, that would make much more sense, and be in line with the other events on the Nordschleife.

On the other hand, if this measly 25k is the intended reward... I have no more words for PD or Kaz at this point.

Heck, with 75K I would say something like "meh, I'll take this and never do this again". But 25K for 2 laps at the ring? Just no. Our time is worth so much more.

Anyway, I think this is my favourite update yet, definitely up there. After a bunch of updates where I was interested in like one car at best, this one is a second in a row when I get almost all new stuff.

Worse is the "W18 Engine" in the Chiron that they mentioned in the Bugatti Extra Menu lol.

And this affects everyone how? Just pretend they don't exist. Not to mention that plenty of players don't need or want to "max out" their cars. What exactly would you do with an 1800hp Chiron besides laps around Route X?

Trust me no one here likes them but we cant do anything about it other then hope no more cars are added to them.
