(I would have said 308 too...)

Car spotting has sucked the past few days here in Grand Rapids. The weather has been beautiful, so I have no idea where the nice cars have gone...

One of those Aston Martin things? :sly:

Actually, I think that's a Jaguar, much like this one:

note: above picture is not mine
He knows exactly what it is. M5power started seeing Jaguars but calling them Aston Martins, and vice versa and Casio is just continuing that. Just ignore them. They'll get bored and stop at some point.

Sadly I don't have photo evidence. But my Dad & Mum know that I did see one. It was a lovely Aston Martin DB7 Zagato. My Dad told me that the same person who owns the Aston has a Ferrari Enzo. One day I want to go down the road and try and locate his house. But a flippin nice car....

You guys have it all wrong. The Jaguar is a Jaguar, but the DB7 is a Jaguar. The DB9 is still an Aston, too.

I don't know, who owns McLaren?

What's even funnier is that Aston/Jaguar might soon be Chryslers.

Ok, that makes a little more sense. It would be very odd for Prodrive to buy Aston and then turn around and resell it.

Mercedes owns a good chunk of it, but that's due to Formula 1 racing. McLaren build all the parts of the SLR minus the supercharged V8, and drivetrain (although, this is all slightly re-tuned by McLaren).

 Your sense of humor is always absent - the joke was perpetuated when ROAD_DOGG posted an Aston, calling it a Jaguar. See, you can't tell them apart either!

And quit being so serious all the time, daan!

Hell yes. Concours d'elegance.. now I know that doesn't count, but on the street I saw a VECTOR W12!! Or was it a WX-3? I don't remember.. and a '98 Lamborghini Diablo VT!

There was also a WX3, GTX1, V16T, Fiskers, etc at concours...

Seen a few nice cars in the last couple of days, but nothing that was slow enough to get the phone-cam out for. So, no Lambo Gallardo in silver or bright red Fezza 360 Spider or Maybach being followed by Toyota Century unfortunately> Instead I can show you a Merc CL600 V12, Lotus Elise, Maserati Fish in a rare colour, my bosses 996 Turbo, a 993 Turbo also with black rims and a sign next to a window that made me chuckle.

M12, most likely. Gerald Wiegert rarely ever brings out his WX-3, and there's no way you'd ever see 2 WX-3s in any situation.

Which one was it?

A W8 is at the top, the green one is the Avtech WX-3 concept, the roadster is the Avtech WX-3R, and the bottom car is an M12.

He had to have seen a M12 and a WX-3, or 2 M12s. The WX-3R doesn't have a running engine, and as said, it's very rare Mr. Weigert takes out the only WX-3.

and someone had the bright idea of overtaking my mate instead of braking as he was sideways.doesnt look bad but the steering is broke and the engine isnt boosting(guessing the intercooler is its where the car was hit) and keeps cutting out when you go over 3000rpm and doesnt idle properly.

I know how much some of you like unmolested Type R's.

I have no idea why it came out blue, but it's there all the time anyway.
