ahh, O19A that reminds me i saw a new jag xk convertible the other day in a rather odd colour, it was a sort of pale pastel green with a cream canvas. Very odd indeed. :P

courtesy of jaguar.com here is what it looks like... (with a list of the possibilities)

Am I the only one that thinks it is somewhat odd for the Gallardo Superleggera to not actually have a set of Superleggeras on it?

Yes, I know that . . . but it just seems to me that a car with the word Superleggera in it should have a set of O.Z. Superleggeras on it.

Is it bad if I care more about the Holdens and Fords than I do the others? If I would have seen one of those, I probably would have shat myself. There are just too many Porsches and M3s around here these days...

RAM (Never seen how big this thing is  )

Aww, it isn't THAT big. I'd call the ram a bit small these days. Find yourself a Ford SuperDuty, and you'll get to see what a truly BIG truck is like in America.

Otherwise, the Ram is just a Ram. Average in every measure.

EDIT: Yes, I fixed it.

So, having Superleggera rims on it is a better reason for the name of instead of it being a super light weight model of which means Superleggera in Italian?

By the way, YSS, the first "Holden" is a Holden. The second is a Ford.

Ooops, my eyes are getting really bad these days.

Then again, it shows who was copying who in terms of design...

Outside of America the American mid-size pick ups are considered huge. Dodge Rams and Ford F-150s are huge in terms of what we cxall a large pickup, Mitsubushi L200S. Hell they even make the Transit flat-bed look wimpy.

Remember the BMW Z1 I mentioned a couple of months ago? Well, I saw it again today. Took pics this time... I'll post them when I get home.

Yes, the Ram is pretty average. I'm not sure, though, I would even call the SuperDuty huge. A SuperDuty SuperCab is about the same size as a 1/2 ton truck, just maybe a bit taller. The SuperCrews are nice. My cousin got one about 6 months ago. It has a 5 inch lift and 33 inch tires if I remember right. It is a really nice truck, but I'm not sure I would want lift. I love the way lifted trucks look, but boy it's hard to get in. :dopey: Then again, being as used to all sorts of trucks living out in a rural area, I can understand why these trucks can be considered huge.:)

lo and behold:

BMW Z1... one of only 8,000 produced. This is one of the lesser examples, isnce it's ultra dirty and the exterior is cracked! But hey, first time I've seen one.

Yep, indeed you can, although I woulnd't call it especially safe. I had to go visit a client today, and there was the car. You'll notice here a close up to the front wing(?)... the space over the wheel... whatchamacallit... I forgot my English today... it's cracked in two places. The other side of the car was cracked in one place, and the space next to the keyhole was also cracked.

According to the owner (who's selling it), repairs only cost around 600€, but I'd rather he do them and later buy it... if that were the case.

Man, someone so careless and unloving of a car like that doesnt deserve to own it. :grumpy: What were the engines like in those things anyway? Ive only seen one myself, considerably better condition than that, in red.

Today was a fairly decent day for spotting cars, though not a good day to photograph them. I saw the first F360cs ive seen on the roads. Some strange little 2 seater beach buggy thing (not like a baja bug) it was practically just a cage on wheels with an engine! An Aston Martin db7 coupe, was able to tell it was an automatic from the sound.

And i saw, over 2 years since i was able to photogaph its sexy butt, the only truly menacing car in yarmouth. My favourite of the whole year so far, the Aston Martin Virage Volante
Here is the pic i took a few years ago:

The noise that thing makes is unmistakable, though it was sitting in traffic i could still hear it breathing heavily as it was waiting for a clear path. I was gone by the time the traffic moved so didnt get to hear him pull away :(
