Ah, that brings back memories. Two people in my home local car club (uh, Kidderminster MCC) had A110s. They are beautiful cars. Getting more modern, first time I ever went really fast was in my best mate's father's GTA Turbo. We cruised onto the dual carriageway in front of my school at 40mph, and he floored it. After about a half-second delay while the turbo spooled, the back went down, the nose came up and we were off. We kept going until it was reading 160 on the clock, then he backed off. By crikey, the GTA/A610 was/is a fast motorcar.
I asked him what it was like to drive on twisties. "Fine," he replied, "as long as there are two paving slabs in the front."

ive only seen 2 decent cars in calgary (photographed) which were an SL600 merc and a red viper with the new vents in the hood.(Ive spent the rest of the time in the mountains), I head to jasper tommorow then Banff, after that its back to calgary for 2 days where i may see some more nice cars.

There was also an SL65 AMG outside of my work, I walked by and did a double-take, and gawked for a minute. And then cursed my phone for having a completely dead battery so I couldn't take pictures.
It really does look sharp, though. Pictures don't capture all the detailed vents and grilles on the car, and I was impressed with the overall look.

i want one...is that in japan? they love their white cars over there. do you have a link to where it is for sale/more high quality pics? must have been re-sprayed somewhere right, cause all the f40s that left fiorano/maranello/whatever left in red.

As for what colors left the factory, I'm sure more than a fair share left in anything but Rosso Corsa. More than likely, it was an owner's request, but the F40 design is hard to pull off in other colors. I know a few F40s left the factory in the classic Ferrari Yellow.

his garages are really rather bigOk, I know some folks across the pond might like big US trucks, but that's insane. I'm gonna guess he's originally from the US. That has to be the reason.
BTW, are garages there really that small? That Magnum looks like it could barely fit.

They got some very nice gems in that showroom other than that F40. I think I prefer the F40 white then red, especially with those black rims with a chrome lip.

Of course I'm still interested. So it's been exported to Japan now? Wow, that car has been around a bit. Ex Sultan on Brunei car imported from Maranello, exported to Hong Kong and now in Japan. Wonder where it will end up next? I wonder where that garage is in the picture with the GT, the 996 Cup racers and the CLK GT-R. If it's in Hong Kong I need to go and find it! Good find McLaren... Just in case you missed it. Here's the very same F40 that I spotted outside my office in July...
I was just walking back into work 10 minutes ago when I heard a loud rumbling engine at idle. When I looked up... Well this is what I saw. Un-be-liev-a-ble! An F40! In white! Just sitting there at the traffic lights. Got a (bad) video too but can't put it on YT yet.
