The Charger R/T Daytona is a limited production trim level of the regular R/T Charger. It has a slight power increase (+10bhp).

And the year can be determined by the color. I believe last year was yellow (with very, very few oranges), and this year is a choice between green or purple.

OK a quick one, my first E92 M3....

I see your M3 and raise you an M3...

The car caught me completely off-guard so that I had to turn around and get a shot. I drive by there two or three times a week, thats the first time I had seen it.

Odd? A Jetta TDI from Alberta Canada? In Michigan?

Damn, MAN, was it windy? And why are there storm clouds in nearly every picture you post?

You guys claim to have it so rough. Swealtering summers, blustery falls, freezing winters, terrible roads.

It's not that bad. I've been there for longer periods of times in all seasons.

I've been a lot of other places and really the only other weather I've seen crazier then Michigan's was in England.

Try again. Texas has some of the most bizare weather out there. There was a few times where I remember it being in the 80's one day and the low 30's the next. Sun to snow in less than 12 hours. Flash floods, and when I say flash floods I mean it. A couple of weeks ago a small thunderstorm cell popped up in less than an hour--then proceed to dump 3" of rain and be gone in 15 minutes and then it was sunny for the rest of the day.

Like others have said, Michigan weather sucks?

Even funnier? Those photos were taken on the same day...

That sounds alot like Michigan weather, too. A couple winters ago we had sleet, snow, freezing rain, thunder, lightning, rain, and fog all in the same afternoon. That sure made for a sloppy day. :ouch:

Yes, I saw stuff.

So I'm cruising along back from the Audi dealer ($773 for a new oil pan and oil level sensor) and I notice some people gathered around a car in a turn lane. I strain my neck and look over to find that it's a Rolls-Royce Phantom, black on bottom, silver on top - rumored to belong to rapper T.I. I make some interesting moves and...

I follow him up the highway for a bit for a good picture...

...and eventually I'm rewarded with two:

Beautiful car. However I do not believe T.I. was driving - it was a young black guy with crazy hair (all the photos I've seen of T.I. have him with a buzz cut). Could've been one of his people - who knows. To be honest I don't care. I've never heard a T.I. song.

Came back to the car spotting area and saw some gems...

Some skillful driving got me these shots:

Note the cool Lamborghini shields where Ferrari shields are typically placed. I've never seen them on a Lamborghini before!

But, spot of the day...

My first Murcielago LP640. I wish a better picture was possible but I think these do a good job showing the vehicle. Was very happy with this sighting - it was a very beautiful vehicle.

That was Murcielago number 11 for me (6 Roadster, 5 coupe) and it was perhaps the meanest-looking of all of them. I'm on record on this site several times deriding custom wheels but those looked great. Truly a mean, crazy car.

Today...

Ferrari F430. Saw this car a few times last year. Turning into the Ritz-Carlton here.

Rolls-Royce Phantom. Don't ask me why, but I like this picture.

Anyone ever seen a blue Gallardo before? The visual differences between Lamborghini's two products are well-illustrated in these shots. Both vehicles were on Florida plates. I'd seen the Murcielago before (four times) but the Gallardo was new to me. Here's a closer shot of it:

Spot of the day, oddly perhaps, goes to this one:

skyline-091607.jpg

I saw an R33 GT-R last week; this is an R32. Not sure if it's a GT-R, but the fact that it's a (right-drive!) Skyline is weird enough. I passed up the R33 photo for a very good reason, but I wish I could see that one again - it was a crazy sight. This was still pretty weird.

Not a GT-R. Looks like a GTS-T or GTS type M.

Differences are;
Spoilers, rear on GT-R is higher and end plates dont connect with bodywork. Front is a lot lower with additional cut-outs.
Bonnet, doesnt come down between the lights on a GT-R.
And the GT-R variant just looks generally meaner!
