is that the first US black spotted on the road in this thread?

Third. harrytuttle got the first spot, and I've seen two since. My first spot was back on November 17:

Doug, I can't believe you posted an Integra.

Just doesn't seem Doug's style.

I post the best cars I see - bar none - without bias. :)

Fred
an unmolested/unstolen one at that, which means it's one of the 6 or 7 still in existence in the way it was intended to be from the factory,

+1 for explaining it better than I could. :D

Nice F50 Rue, the first proper spot of the thread I think. I posted one at silverstone but that was at an event ;)

Not sure if it really counts as it was about 2.5 years ago, but yeah I was utterly gobsmacked to see it parked there. That's three 'on the road' F50's I've seen in HK, but the only one I was able to photograph. :(

Doug that Merc Black Edition is wonderful. I've seen a black CLK55 DTM, but I would love to see one of them!

Absinth (sic) Yellow Holden LH Torana SL/R 5000. Has an L34 bodykit and drop fuel tank which, if genuine, would make it 1/263 Bathurst Specials built.

Lincoln Town Car Stretch Limousine :yuck:

Today, on a tip from a Ferrari Chatter:

Yes, folks, that's snow in Georgia. This vehicle has a deflated rear passenger side tire, and the passenger side wing mirror is destroyed, but otherwise the condition isn't so bad. No plates, and you can tell it's been sitting awhile, but it's still pretty cool.

Thats the Lagonda, correct? I've only ever seen one in my life, it was a gold one at a local "exotic car" dealer. Not the prettiest Astons ever, but certainly "important" as I understood it.

Yes - an Aston Martin Lagonda.

Why is the bonnet slightly ajar? I hope no rain/snow is being driven in there.

No snow is getting in there - this is the first snow in two years. Rain is certainly getting in; the hood is slightly ajar as you pointed out. Frankly I wonder what they're asking for the vehicle - I wouldn't be averse to having a very cool-looking lawn ornament. :D

Do it! I know it is considered to be one of the 50 all time worst cars, but it doesn't deserve to slowly rot away in a back lot.

I'm in that camp, but opinion is very divided. I remember a long debate we on had GTP some time ago about the merits (or lack of) of this very car. You should see if you can get it on the cheap Doug. This (originally $150,000+) GT can only go up in value. You'll need a lot of friends to push that 4600lb behemoth home though! Grab the E30 M3 and you could start your own 'on-the-cheap' car museum!

 I seem to be good at finding rare abandoned cars!

Yes, please!!!

You win the thread.
Didn't realise that would cause such a stir.

My brother has an identical one in his garage in pieces. Should be ready for next summer! 👍

And, on another note, there's a Lagonda that used to regularly role around the streets of my town. I'll have to keep an eye out for it over these sunny months.

In that condition, in the UK, it would go for £15-20k - dependant on milage and service history :)

Bentley Continental. Azure was the convertible version. Extremely rare and extremely valuable from new. Fantastic spot - I've seen a few Azures, but never the coupe version, so you can log another one I haven't seen! :D

Cool thanks for the info Doug, what is really odd is I saw it at a mall in the middle of winter.
