Damn Rue! After seeing that many Ferraris and Porsches, don't they get to be a bit, common and un-interesting?

Base Porsches do little bit as there are just sooo many of them, but hey I'm fanatical about cars and as soon as I start to get bored of seeing them I'll know there's something wrong with me.

996 Carrera (left) - meh... / 964 Turbo 3.6 (right) - mother!

Actually that pic is supposed to be a link between the new 911's and the old ones. Hence I shall carry on with some older models...

Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano.

I spoke with the owner of the car and he told me the name
of the car and how many HP it has and some other things.
He said that he bought the car one and a half year ago.

Now that is a spot. Well done Serge.

Thanks Metar.;)
But,when I took the second picture of the Ferrari I saw a black DB9 cabrio and I was to late to take a photo of it.:(
He was just under that tunnel on the left side of the picture.

Nice spots Serge.D! Even though I don't care for the Fiat 500 (call it Mini Cooper pride or something  ) it's cool to see someone finally spot one. I think you are the first.

I saw some, just never considered them worthy of a picture :\

I saw an example-version from a local dealer on the day it was launched around Firenze, and a private one some days later in downtown Spoleto.

Thanks Metar.;)

It's Sod's law, eh! Same thing happened to me when I saw th Carrera GT yesterday. A blue Ferrari 360 Modena was driving at the same speed thre lanes over. I only got the back and didn't really think the photo was worthy enough to post.

What's with that 340R? That intake looks aftermarket. 💡

And on the topic of the Europa, I like it. Not as classic as the original, but I prefer the new bodystyle over the old.

Good lord that thing is ugly, I have never heard of or seen one of those before...nice spot.

Thanks. Lotus certainly made some odd styling choices in the 80s. Apparently they made about 2500 of them (although only just under 300 were the Type 84 which this one is). It was based on the Lotus Elite and preceded the Excel.

Apparently when the Excel was introduced, Lotus found a loophole in the law. Lotus put forward the Excel as an improved Eclat. The reason was to avoid Type Approval which every new model must endure. To complete the illusion Lotus roled over the name and the first Excels were badged Eclat on the boot, Excel on the rear wings. After a short while the Eclat badge was dropped.

I didn't realise the 340R had that intake snorkel as a factory option either.

Here are some more cars from Sunday. This time some old-timers. Need some help IDing a few of them...

well the first one is a W116 SEL most likely a 450 SEL but hard to tell for sure.

then four generations later you have that W221 S class at the bottom, probably an S500 or S350

REd car seems to be an Alfa of some sort. Cadillac...I see Playahz rollin all over town in those. Brougham, early '90s, I think. Maybe late '80s, but definitely on the full-size RWD platform, from it's stance. Rare to see one in Hong Kong, I imagine, But with all the old people selling them to young people, I see them all over here.

W116 SEL thanks!

The current gen S I left there for a size comparison with the red car. Any ideas?

God I swear I know the name of that mercedes in the last picture but the red alfa is the guilia sprint?
