They're not that incredibly rare or pretty, and when Serge posts five 911s and Boxters every day, it gets dull.
That may be so, but I have personally never seen a 968. As far as rarity goes, Porsche probably sold less 968s over the entire run than Bentley will sell in Continentals this year alone. But will anyone bitch at a person who takes a picture of a Conti?
My point? Maybe you are tired of Porsches, but you are not the only one viewing this thread. I take interest in some of the most trivial sightings in this thread (as the question about the Suzuki can attest to) and so do others.
Besides, if you start wanting people to not post pictures based on your opinion of discussion value, there are some cars that have far less in the quality of "Good" that you would also have to exclude.

So glad you enjoyed it... was it as good for you as it was for me?
Sure was.

Today I sighted a silver Aston Martin DB9, a silver Ferrari 360 and a black Lamborghini Gallardo all following directly behind each other. If only I could have taken a picture of it (Sundays rule).

We just about ran into this vintage car as it pulled out of a Bunnings carpark.

I can't say it would be my choice of vehicle to take to a hardware store. But, each to their own I guess.

I also saw this stunning example of Engrish on the side of a Japanese import Toyota Emina Lucidia (Previa).

Today...

Parked amongst normal cars, a twelve-cylinder British car! Another look:

Lamborghini Murcielago LP640. The driver revved his engine at the lights just to get looks from the pedestrians. Incredible sound and vehicle.

On the way to work. It was brilliant. The noise he made when he revved it was spectacular. Oh and his car was so shiney you can see my Camaro in it. :D

A person who drives a Sentra can afford to shop there!?

Hell. That mall sucks. There's never any good cars there. Supposedly it's the 'upscale' mall in Atlanta but I rarely see evidence. It has a movie theatre in it. How upscale can it be?

I finally saw that black Countach I think a few of the other Victorian members have seen. On Warrigal Road in Moorabbin, I was going to chase it but it was dark, going the wrong way, and flying at a large speed.

I have to go back and hunt a pic.

In the city by any chance? I was there yesterday when I took those pics, im sure theres some Auto show/hot rod show somewhere round here.

Brad, the last time I saw the Countach I was on Centre Road.

Im on GT4, in my CSL, in HK and I cant seem to find it. Any hints? :)

It's at the end of Haiphong Rd.

My only spot of any note from Macau - Triad meeting...

I forgot, I also saw this new GT-R earlier today. I have a feeling these will be quite popular here soon.

Nope, I sighted them in the poorest town in Vic; Hastings. I also forgot to mention the yellow Exige I sighted as well ahead of them, which exactly matches the one found in your pics.

We've got a theater in our mall up in Fairborn. But, I mean, it's Saks Fifth Avenue.

The Exige I saw was parked infront of the Lotus/Alfa dealer in North-ish Melbourne.

Lots of wonderful spots today...

SPOT OF THE DAY:

gallardo_superleggera-012708.jpg

My first sighting of a Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera.

Hope you enjoyed! :D

1. That blue Gallardo looks like it's riding high.. :odd:
2. That Viper Coupe still eludes you Doug eh?

Nice spots 👍

Awesome....
It is in black as well!!!! 👍 Another goal accomplished eh Doug? :P

Yes!

Blackbird.
2. That Viper Coupe still eludes you Dough eh?

It's unbelievable. Can anyone come up with any possible explanation for this? I mean truly. It's not like I'm not putting myself out there.

EDIT

1. That blue Gallardo looks like it's riding high..

Yes. Current Lamborghinis have a mechanism that lifts the vehicles for speed bumps. That mechanism is being utilized in that photo. Here's a shot of a Murcielago using it:

1978-1979 (1973-1977 had different grilles) Ford F150:

It looks quite good in person. Someone either took care of it or did a good job restoring it.

This looked like a GT2 but I am guessing it probably isn't since something doesn't quite look right on it and it was driven by what appeared to be an 18 year old female with Ugg's, giant ass sunglasses, fake orange tan, and was coming out of Saks 5th Ave. with 8 bags.

Those wheels are pretty horrible.

They had winter tires on them since for whatever reason someone wants to drive that car around in a Michigan winter. It not only snows and ices all the freakin time, the Road Service puts down about 10x's more salt then they need to.
