I think he meant driving and talking on your phone and such. I can't imagine it's illegal anywhere in this country to drive and take pictures, though, since a blind monkey could do it.
I'm sure the NY/NJ/CT cops would feel different. They seem to be lax on the cell phone laws, but NY subway cops get freaked out when someone's taking pictures of GCT or the subway mosaics (which have miraculously survived the nihilism of the 70's and 80's). I can only imagine what they'd think if they saw me take a shot of the 2006 M5 on Broadway & 76th.
Most art cars are over-rated, especially the Andy Warhol one. It's no wonder BMW was so successful during that era; they made their opposition incredibly dizzy.

They had a Ford Club show at the local dealer today.
There were two muscle car/hot rod gatherings today, in two different locations. Circumstances meant that I couldn't stop, even to take a few pot shots. Nice stuff that I saw in passing, though.
I've got a few new photos, but digging through recent archives, I have a few interesting ones, but I'm not 100% sure if I posted them before. Since I'm losing track, I'll just post new captures from now on.
The original shot of the Packard is beautiful; nothing like what I uploaded. Damned 100KB limits!
