I'm fairly certain that the Tempo uses the same diesel motor that my old Mercedes 240 had, and aren't the Bombardiers air cooled VW powered?

And no, you wouldn't have destroyed the 32 Ford, it would have let you for dead, about 2200 lbs and V8 torque (and who knows what V8), andthose things handle well... not STI well but you would have been very surprised.

No, I've seen this guy around before. It's loud, it's nice, but it's a moderately-tuned flathead. Fast for a rat rod, but that's about it.

Figured about the Lightning, though. :dunce:

No, it's absolutely a 68 Charger, look at the round taillamps, they're unique to that year's model of Charger.

Some of you might know that i have recently gotten a new camera. Well this weekend is my first time trying to car hunt with it. These spots are nothing special but i'll post them anyways because im still learning how to use the camera. :dopey:

And the Merc ML on roddick and highway 7?? Near first markham place?
 
What is it about cars an coincidences. Yesterday I woke up and read all the stuff you guys were talking about the 996 GT2. I think I have only seen one or two here myself, but as soon as I pulled out of my village in a taxi a bright yellow one drove past. When I reached my destination and got out of the cab twenty minutes later, guess what... a silver one shot by. Two in twenty minutes just after reading the thread. Weird. Obviously I got no photos otherwise they'd be here. Annoying. On the subject of my camera...

My friend dropped my camera on the floor last night. Knocked the lenses completely out of line and twisted the barrel. The guy, being such a legend, went straight to the ATM and gave me money for a new one. So after my 960iS is put to rest after 7000+ pics I'm going to buy one now. Possibly Canon 970iS.

Also the E-type is probably the most phallic looking car I have ever seen :lol:.

No pics, but on Saturday I saw 3 Jaguar XF's, an E63 AMG, a Conti GT (in red no less) a Viper GTS and an RT-10.

I also saw this Audi S5 today. Sorry for the crappy pic, but the guy driving it had a heavy right foot.

The black E320 in front of the Navigator was swerving through traffic to catch up to the S5. When the light turned green, they both floored it and the S5 smoked him. I actually laughed out loud.

I also saw this A4 Avant today while getting insurance for my hopeful car purchase tomorrow. I've never seen one before, so it was pretty neat.

some people...maybe he just wanted an excuse to go fast? or he didnt think the "S" meant anything.

i had a guy in an A4 try to race me in my z the other day. in the turbo 4 model, no less. i should point out that i obliged his attempt. :)
 
i actually do think street racing is silly, but hey, you gotta open it up sometime!

i was actually behind him at a stoplight, and when it turned green we left at a normal pace. no faster than the cars in the other lane. at around 30 he tried to give me the slip. *ahem* "a few" miles per hour later and i had 2 car lengths.
 
I was out shopping this afternoon and came across this little gem. I briefly spoke to the gentleman, who was obviously in a hurry. He said 'most of it was from 1928, but I'm unable to identify. Any experts out there?

This was a 2min drive from my house. Ive seen this car before, but i figure i'd give it another shot with my new camera. Too bad the window of my car added a bit of a glare.
