I was out shopping this afternoon and came across this little gem. I briefly spoke to the gentleman, who was obviously in a hurry. He said 'most of it was from 1928, but I'm unable to identify. Any experts out there?

No, I've seen this guy around before. It's loud, it's nice, but it's a moderately-tuned flathead. Fast for a rat rod, but that's about it.
