Wouldn't those taillights be illegal? The covers looked like carbon fiber.

Crossfire, IS350, Excursion limo (when renting a limo, you're charged for gas, aren't you?), MR2 Spyder, Cayman S.

I believe those wheels on the 7 series became the optional upgrade when they freshened the styling recently.

+1 Stock but not standard.

A bit of brisk draft and that cart could easily make a 12,000$ crack in the Lotus... I'd be worried.

It'd have to be a mighty brisk draft to do that damage!!!

Cayanne GTS, whatever that might be. I hadn't seen one before so I figured it was a new trim level:

The Cayenne GTS is better than the S, but below the Turbo.

Cool spot on the Bullitt Mustang (although I must confess I really didn't care for the movie, the car was awesome)! 👍

Isn't it a N/A v-8 with everything else from the turbo? I never pay much mind to the Cayenne and before I knew it they had a crappy v6 model and a turbo s...

A front or rear clam replacement runs up a bill of 12,000$ on the Elise. It's an expensive piece and expensive labor. The fragile fiberglass makes it easy to crack and hard to patch up.

I dunno... I've seen em patched and look perfect!

I'm glad I actually have time now to do this, really starting to rack up the spots.

New Chevy Traverse, I wasn't in a good position for photos so wing mirror ones will have to do.

New CTS-V, first one spotted in this thread I think.

Today I was siting in the car parked in town and a Mercedes S Class drives past, not unusual, theres loads of them around here. But this one had a Barabus badge on the back, is there even such a thing as a Barabus S-class or is that badge just stuck onto a standard S-class??

You mean Brabus. Brabus is the company who tuned the car. They'll pretty much tune any Mercedes, S-Class to C-Class. They're very well known, and have made quite a few insane cars.
Many M-B dealers offer Brabus packages as aftermarket parts.

I knew who they were, spelt it wrong though :dunce:. Its probably just a Brabus body kit. I was hoping it was an some insane 700bhp S-class, probably not though. :indiff:

Went cruising Woodward Ave. tonight, first time this summer actually, and saw some pretty nice cars. However, before hand I hit up Oakland University since the Concours in happening Sunday (yes I'll be there with camera in hand). No one was unloading anything cool, although there was a bunch of new Hyundai Genesis since they are going to do some test drive thing with them.

Now onto cruising with the first spot happening pretty much as I started, a Fahrenheit GTI. I love the colour of it.
IMG_0316.jpg

Next up was a Prowler.
IMG_0317.jpg

Followed by a Viper GTS which had some aftermarket goodies on it, sounded pretty mean.
IMG_0318.jpg

Next was a stop off at Auto Europe, an importer in Birmingham. They always have a couple cars out side but inside is amazing stuff. They had probably 7 Morgans and even a Morgan Aero! I couldn't get photos of it but here are some I could get, mostly outside. First up was an Austin Mini 1000.
IMG_0321.jpg

Then an old school Land Rover Discovery.
IMG_0325.jpg

Finally a Mercedes-Benz G500 Cabriolet, I have to imagine they are somewhat rare since I've never seen one before now.
IMG_0329.jpg

Then inside there was this, it had Lotus badges on the rims but I doubt it was a 7.
IMG_0330.jpg

Then there was this, a Corvette Z06 Club Sport. It had a G plate on it which mean in transit. I don't know if this is some special model or not but it looked to have a GM barcode on it.

A Z06 Club Sport is news to me. I figure there would have been some news about it like the Ron Fellows model. That, or I missed a thread by YSSMAN.

It's not uncommon for one of the car markers to bring a new model down to Woodward and see what sort of "street cred" it gets. ACR Vipers were running around down there before they were officially shown.
