I'm going to bring in a post I made on thecarforum.net, and basically save myself some time (this time I have pictures!)
Today I went into Boston to watch a Red Sox game against the New York Yankees, and well, let's just say my pictures are better than the Sox' performance...Especially Josh Beckett. 9 walks. Wow.
Alright I'm back from the game, with pictures! But the Red Sox got destroyed. 5-13, Yankees
Anyway, I found myself overwhelmed by BMW's and Mercedes's in Boston, so I had to look past the German sedans (but I still did get a few nice ones)
Most of the pictures were taken on the fly, so the quality/angles could be better.
Let's begin:
I saw this Cooper S in boston at a red light, thought it looked kinda interesting.
Saw this white Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII on the highway, very rare around here.
Also saw a Cadillac SRX, not too common.
A Mercedes-Benz R350, brand new as far as I've heard.
I saw a few Audi hatches, but I only got this one A6 3.0 Quattro. Pretty decent car.
Another Mercedes-Benz, this time a 90's SL500 at a Getty gas station. Expensive!
A Mercedes-benz SLK 230 Kompressor. I told you they were everywhere!
I think this is a BMW 745i, not sure though. Looks cool!
But the highlight of my day was when I saw the players' cars after the game. I had limited battery left, so I squeezed most of them into one shot, but then again, everything has exceptions...
There's 2 Hummer H2 SUT's in this one (right side), a Nissan Pathfinder (left), a GMC Denali (bottom left) and a Land Rover Range Rover(bottom right). I think the white H2 is Big Papi's.
This was the highlight of my day (other than the game and Manny's 3 run homer). A white Maserati Quattroporte. I would have taken more pictures of it, but there were just too many people behind us to stall any longer. I need to get one of these
I also saw on the way home a Porsche 911 Turbo Convertible (not lying), but my battery died
Well, that was my day trip to Boston. Pretty sweet, but I didn't get any souveneirs. Dang. Oh well, there's always next year!
I'm defineatley going to take my camera with me everywhere I go. I can't believe I saw a Maserati. I'll keep the pictures coming.
