Why? Your number plate is in public view all the time, why should it be covered?I didn't know Mini Coopers were rare over there...
And guys, shouldn't you be blurring out number plates? Especially if the car's not yours? Here i think it's considered an invasion of privacy/personally identifiable if the number plates are visible. (i'm not pointing at anyone inparticular, but i don't think you should post visible number plates.
and the fact some people (friends) already have enough info on me
Why does that still have British 'plates on it?
Why? My car is parked outside my house just now, and people are walking/driving past just looking at it. Should I cover it's numberplate so folk can't read it?And guys, shouldn't you be blurring out number plates? Especially if the car's not yours? Minis are also freaking expensive here and quite rare, I also hapen to see one every two months or so... despite the fact that there is an abandoned one near work, while in front of the office there are two, a white Morris inside a building and this every now and then:
I still have to get pictures of the white and abandoned ones, but in the meanwhile, here it goes.
Millions more people will see your numberplate just by driving around in your car than will see it if it's posted on the internet.
Can you, without breaking any law, identify a person (name, address) from their car number/registration/licence plate?
If so, it's personally identifiable data. If not, it isn't. And about the only country I can think of where the answer is "yes" is Switzerland.

I admit I have covered mine in the past but that's personal preference and the fact some people (friends) already have enough info on me
Looking like a MK3 Cooper S, but I doubt that it is. The boot badge looks like it's stuck on (off-center) instead of having pins on the inner side of the badge that sit into pre-drilled holes. Also, I don't think the rear lenses are the correct type, I don't think the white reverse light on the lens was added until later, 1977? (Cooper S production stopped in 1970/71ish). Boot hinges aren't original, number plate light not original, MK3 Coopers was never two tone colour, only the Works MK3 Cooper S's were, the rubber seals around the fuel tanks look different to each other, and the list goes on...
I would say this is a MKIV Mini 1000cc originally (based on the rear lenses and other things).
By the way; What does the sign in the rear window say?
Would love to see them, do you think you could pm me when you get them?
Cheers. 👍
It must not be an oiginal S, but come on, it's still a spot, Minis are RARE here.
The sign on the rear windows says it's for sale, hahaha
and yes, will let you know when I get pictures of those, tough it may be a while.

I don't understand the point of your post.
Oh. just made me wonder as we settled that argument yesterday.
But I only visit the forum every couple days!
Reventón;3132484The area with the red M5 looks familiar. You weren't in Plano, were you?
BTW, since it seems you drive closer to Dallas than I do, keep a look out for that Bugg. for us.
and this post is awesome, any post with muscle cars and big V8s rules. the 3d gen Camaro rocks!
Are you sure they were racing, or just doing 30 over the limit like everyone else? That was in Flower Mound (Flower Mound Rd & Long Prairie), the 2 racing down the highway as I TRIED () to keep up in my mom's Maxima () were in Big D (you can see the skyline in two of those pics). The noise they make is about as sexy as you can imagine. My poor mom's Maxima, I won't tell you the speed at which I was going. It was a trooper.
