sorry i never saw the model name, but yes i saw a few of those here.

90% silver
6 % green
4 % black
( those #'s are according to me) and never seem on red)

I saw a white Citreon this morning while goin to the shop..

it was called C2 something... it kinda looked like VW bettle(old model)

"I'm just sitting here watching the wheels go 'round and 'round..."

Plymouth Barracuda: white, with black spoiler & accents. Muscle cars rule. :D Looks like a restoration, and some under 20 kid was driving it. Wonder if he knows the kid near me who restored a Ford Maverick. Wonder if I should restore something....

Ford Mustang GT350: blood red -- no, really: blood red. I don't know my muscle cars all that well, but this certainly looked like a '350. Sitting outside the nearby tuning shop. I'd give that place more credit if it weren't for the big, stupid neon NOS sign. It's got a wide selection of car support: VAG, Honda, Rolls-Royce...very eclectic. Now I have to stop by.

Chevrolet Chevelle SS: navy blue. My business parter's favorite. He wants one in this color, with white stripes, and an all-wooden interior (as in real, classic-Jaguar style). Dubious, no doubt, but he could choose far lesser cars.

Nissan 350z: red -- Crayola red. Man, I've seen two now: Crayola Blue and Crayola Red (I don't know the actual color names, nor any other way to describe the color). I think the Sunburnt Orange one is going to sneak up on me one day and blind me....

Porsche 996/911 Turbo GT2: black. Cruising on the highway. Saw the front bumper and figured on one of three: C4S, 911t, or GT2. Rear spoiler gave it away. Considering it costs 50% more than the "stock" 911t, I think I understand how Porsche's profit went up 71% over last year. And this in a major downturn in the economy. I want a job at Porsche. Anyone hiring?

According to Mercedes' web site, it does. I don't know if it's sold in the US, but it's definitely sold in Germany (the first time I saw it was on the German M-B site). The link below is from their global site. I don't think it's even in production anymore, like the old SL73. :)

354 horsepower! Looks a lot like the normal G-class. Built in Austria!

Does the rap community know of its existence?

I was watching a rap video the other day because I noticed some nice car in the rapper's driveway in the video, and I look at it and it turns out it's a new 7-series!

I guess rappers know style when they see it!

i saw this on the net:

Just one, but it was a doozy:

1966 Chevrolet Corvette: white, with red stripe on hood. Side exhaust rumbling, rear tires humming -- then screeching -- and tree reflections becoming blurry. I hate showoffs...but at least he had good taste.

Crisp, cold, sunshiny day. Perfect day for taking drives upstate for them "fall colors" stuff.

Audi S6: black. Right, so there's been the S6 on sale for almost a year here in the US, but this wasn't one of them. Old-style Avus wheels, 6-speed manual, small-text S6 tag on the back...it can only mean one thing: It's a '95. So what; that's nothing special. Except that in the US there were so few sold, that there will be far more RS6's here (double, I think). New York plates (non-diplomatic) so the guy lives around here somewhere. Ahh, the forgotten joys of a turbo inline-5. :)

BMW Z4: Maldives Blue Metallic (heh; had to go to BMW's web site to look it up). It's been out, what, all of five minutes? Seen cruising around Rye, NY. Didn't get a great look at it, so I don't know the spec level, but it definitely wasn't dealer plates...or at least it didn't look like typical NY dealer plates. I did see the front quite well, though, and while I hate looking at pictures of it, seeing it in the flesh was different. The front was bland (when seen at 70MPH), not outright ugly; and it seems smaller than the Z3, but that could be because I was driving the van at the time. And aside from the front face, it seemed rather...nice. But I still hold on that inane flip-up on the trunk. Totally unnecessary. So my opinion on Bangle is warming...a bit.

Mercedes-Benz G500: silver. Remember the guy who cracked his garage door trying to get this G500 into the garage? I saw him again. This time, the antenna was totally gone, and there was a nice, deep, black, 4" scar on the roof right at the top of the windshield. Nice going, tough guy.

All seen in a week-long training session in Lexington, Kentucky (the southern strip-mall of America). Not much but pickups down south. One Boxster, two Merc's, one M3 (of three BMW's), one S2000, one MR2 Spyder...and we did a crap-load of driving around town. Guess "Buy American" holds a lot of weight there. Also, no one drives much over the speed limit there. I was constantly the fastest person on the road without even pressing on.

Nissan G35 Coupe: black; I've already said my piece on this car in some other thread. In summary: a better 350Z than the 350Z.

Volvo XC90: grey. Looks a good deal better in person than in print; smaller, too. The curves look less extreme, and the proportions are more...proportional. If it weren't for the hatch back (wasted space), it would be a great light SUV.

BMW Z4: dark grey (I think). Seen in passing at night, but there was no mistaking that trunk line. Jury's still out for me, though.

Saw a red Mustang fastback on Wednesday and a red Corvette Stingray today walking to college. Not bad for England.

Porsche 911/996 Turbo: quite a few, actually. Dark blue, behind a movie theater (and not kept well). Dark silver, blitzing by on i95. Crayola yellow, 2 minutes after the silver one. I like turbos....

Mazda RX-7 GXL: sweet red. Just sitting there, parked, down the block from me. Not the newer, curvy one. Older; pre-1990 for all I know, and it was in showroom condition! Not even any curbed wheels. But I'm pretty sure it was a turbo; it had dual tailpipes. I'd have bought it. :)

I (usually) see two RS Escort Cosworths every day: one in the station car park, one on the way to college. And a Tuscan, a Griffith and an Evo VI went past me yesterday.

i dont exactly what it was...it looked like an 80 something Lotus or a Vector W8.but im betting that it was the Lotus:(

Yesterday, I stopped by ZR auto because I was going to buy my Dad a jaguar flag for his den. Anyways, this place normally has like cheap cars out front and a bunch of overpriced Mini's (60's) in the showroom, they all have various mods like one had a B16A Honda VTEC motor in it and some others are turbocharged etc etc.

So I went yesterday and I was checking out the cheaper cars outside when I looked over and noticed a Red Ferrari 512TR in the showroom, I hadn't been there in a while so I went in to check this baby out. Then once I got inside this is what I saw: 1994 Black Supra TT (550hp and Veilside Body Kit), 2001 White Celica GTS (275hp Turbo Veilside body kit and carbon hood), 1992 Red Ferrari 512TR, 1995 Yellow Porsche 911 Cabriolet with Sparco racing seats roll bar, Twin Turbo's motor and tranny and custom rims, 2 Ferrari 328GTS or 308 GTS' One red and one black, 2002 Red Lotus Esprit Twin Turbo V8 SE, 1991 Red Acura NSX with Honda badges, and a bunch of old mini's with crazy spoilers etc.

It was a pretty sweet day. maybe I'll go and take some pictures.

I saw this car today. I see it every day though. (in my garage).
Hopefully the pisture works.

Is that your car?

A few days ago, I saw a new Z4 in blue - in blue, it looks much better than the pictures make the gray one look, yet it still looks questionable.

And a few days ago, I saw a 1989 or 1990 Pontiac Tempest, which is one of my best sights to date. If you know why it's so rare, you deserve a cookie. ;)

Yeah! You deserve a cookie, PR!

Its license plate frame said "Chrysler of Ontario" or something, yet it had Illinois license plates.

It may have been sold in Mexico too.

Yep. That be mine. I didn't know the Tempest was only made in Canada. Thanks for the info.

Good eye. It has California front plate. I found a 1972 California plate at a flea market and bought it for 2 bucks.

Too many Porsche Turbos. Way too many. In fact, while the total number of "nice" cars has gone down, I've seen more 911T's than Boxsters (which is really saying something when everyone and their Aunt Bettie has one around here).

It's not just base Turbos: 996 GT2 (Crayola yellow, red), 993 Turbo-S (pale yellow), Turbo (silver).... All in one week. "What a nice assortment of rear aerofoils you guys has...." :dizzy:

Ferrari 575M: red, of course. At a Yonkers movie theater, parking as carefully and as far away from everything else as possible. The driver was too young and too nervous-looking to make me believe it was his. Maybe his dad's.... Not that I'm envious or anything. :P

Seen more H2 Hummer's, too. The drivers seem to suffer from the same affliction BMW drivers have: rudeness. Also saw a genuine ITR. While it's not my favorite, it's still refreshing to see one after all the fakes...including the Corolla TypeR I saw near the F575m. "Type AArrrrrr!"

A Saab 9-3 convertible on the back of a tray truck, front end smashed almost to the firewall, with two deflated airbags hanging out of the dashboard - yyyesss!!!!! Another Swedish bathtub bites the dust!
