If your on PC or Xbox one then the Trusthmaster issue don't affects you.Hmm, Thrustmaster TX here, the FFB feels fine. I'm liking the update.
Cause the problem is "only on PS4".

My bad, I didn't know the problems being discussed were PS4 related. If your on PC or Xbox one then the Trusthmaster issue don't affects you.

It gives me an error every time I go on the website and it wasn't working in game earlier (on PS4).anyone here having problems with not being able to connect to racenet, the site does not show any events either so I assume they are working on it. I'm on Xbox just wondering if anyone else is having a issue,Thanks.
I'm liking the updated Hill climb cars, they feel like they have some downforce now. Also it feels like the tarmac physics on all cars have been changed a bit, they don't seem to slide around as much.
I hope they release some more locations for this game, needs more gravel rallies.

Rally driving technique is very different from race cars. As long as you are happy with crashing into every tree for a while during the learning curve it'll be fine.So Dirt Rally has piqued my interest. I have never owned a rally game ever and am seriously considering a purchase. I would like to know how steep the learning curve is and can it be enjoyed on the ds4 as well?
I do own a G29 but also enjoy just picking up the ds4 and having a quick gaming session now and then.

It is perfectly playable with the DS4. I picked it up in no time, but then again I've almost always exclusively played racing games with controllers since...forever. I'm using the default settings with the exception for the deadzone which I set to 5.
The learning curve is high or low depending on how familiar you're with rally driving thechniques. For me, it only consisted of getting to know the stages themselves and how certain cars reacted to my inputs on the different surfaces.
@Kamuifanboy Olaying this game for fun Shinya or is a prelude to a career change?
I asked them to extend the event but got no response yesterday. They've just an hour ago announced (on Twitter) that they're doing a re-run of the Special Event and it starts 2PM GMT, presumably due to the RaceNet issues over the weekend. Now they have anounced a Pikes Peak special event, but Racenet is still down for most people. Get a clue CM!
