Partial yes...
The handbrake can be blended no problem...
On Xbox the handbrake will work on all brands but some games don’t treat it analog... I can’t recall which
On PS4 only fanatec have a handbrake and although we can add the handbrake to the g29 input, the games won’t acknowledge it
So that means that CS Handbrake won't work with Thrustmaster on PS4? And extra question, why does it work on Xbox for all brands?

that's the difference between Sony And MS.. Ms specifiy the input/output protocol and make all vendors comply... Sony specify the input but leave the output to the H/w vendors to provide to the software houses, its more flexible but leads to stuff like GTS not supporting fanatec..

So the handbrake won't work with Thrustmaster wheels? If not, couldn't you blend it as a TH8A analog input or for example clutch pedal?

Still trying to get my G27 to work on GTS with the L2 as the left view and R2 as the right. I set up the mapping in the options menu for the G29 and the rear view works as intended (I’m using the second red button in the left side on the G27 for that) but I can’t get the top two to work. The same setup works for me on F1 2017 so I have no idea what the issue is. Any ideas?

I'm very happy with the product. I hope it's updated in the future so that you can just use any type of controller with it instead of just wheels.

Hi everyone, this is my first post.
Did someone test the Thrustmaster T500 RS on an Xbox One? Does force feedback work well in Forza 7?

How long does this take to ship? My tracking page has been saying "PRE-SHIPMENT INFO SENT TO USPS, USPS AWAITING ITEM" for 10 days now with no updates.

It all depends on where you bought it from & what country you're ordering from.

How about in English for us language limited Americans? It might be spot on for what me and @soundtiger95 are experiencing, but I'm not sure since I can't read it :)

I was able to translate. Dasato has it set up so the L2 and R2 are the left and right views respectively, and the + button is set up as the back view. This is the same set up I have but only the rear view works. I’m starting to wonder if this is because I didn’t download the firmware but like I said in my previous post, it works perfectly for me on F1 2017 so I honestly have no idea.

First and very important, buy the drivehub from
https://collectiveminds.ca/
I tried twice from cronus website and it was a failure, while the one above shipped and arrived in four days with free shipping.

Now as for the drivehub, it just works (updated with latest firmware). I hooked up my thrustmaster tx, t3pa pro pedals, th8a shifter and just went for a few hours on Assetto Corsa without any glitches or issues. I did had to connect and disconnect the usb from ps4 a few times, for some reason the very first time it did not work at all, then it did but the force feedback was not working properly. Then i unplugged, closed the game, plugged in the ps4 home menu, and started the game with the wheel connected. From that point forward it was heaven. I did notice that at the begining the rev light were working but not the feedback, then after i got it to work the rev lights were not working while the feedback was perfect. Im ok with this since i dont get to see the rev lights anyway.

I was thinking about getting a fanatec csl elite for ps4 since my t300rs broke. Now with this product I will just keep rocking with my TX which is in top shape and have a blast. The drivehub is a great product and is a must have for people like me that are into racing games and gear.

Performance wise I would expect a game like Assetto Corsa to be unforgiven if there was any lag or glitchy wheel movement. The performance was so great at no point did i felt i was using any type of addapter. What a great job these people did with the drivehub.

@gamingisnotacri - Assettos Corsa is very glitchy with wheels & doesn't like them being plugged in & out again. If you need to plug the Drive Hub, controller, or wheel in or out; make sure to quit AC first otherwise you risk the game bugging out on you.

The reason you saw RPM leds on the DriveHub on the very first try is that the DriveHub doesn’t know what to emulate until it sees your wheel, on first boot the default brand is Logitech, when is then saw your TX it switched brand to Thrustmaster and used that for all future boots.
So on first boot DriveHub was a G29, which meant RPM leds but forex feedback the TX wouldn’t receive, not that it would understand it anyways.

Interesting, I assumed that it had to do with initial booting up of the device (or that it was faulty lol). This device is very cool and well thought out. I have high expectations for it moving forward, like mixing the T3PA pedals, TH8A and CSW 2.5. Eventually anyway, since CSW 2.5 is not officially PS4 supported I hesitate to take the plunge.

You might be better off keeping the TX and buying better pedals like the CSL elite with load cell or even v3’s

I bought Drivehub on a whim to see if it would work with GT Sport and my Fanatec CSW V2, V3 Inverted pedals, and Shifter, and I'm here to report that it works pretty well. After a lot of tweaking, it feels like my old Logitech G25 on GT5 & GT6 on a PS3 (which was pretty much what I was expecting because the Drivehub simulates a G29's signals back & forth with the PS4).

Drawbacks so far are that the brake sensitivity/load cell is not configurable (I have to press really hard on the pedal...I have the Fanatec Brake Mod)...consequently I have to run ABS at default. So far I've found that if the FFB is configured too strong, it can feel notchy and loosen up on tight corners. Also, in race dial adjustments like TCS level only allows 0 or 3...not any setting in between.

I needed to change the settings on the CSW to SEN 500, DRL 005, FOR 30-50 (depending on the car)...the rest can be the defaults.

In GT Sport I set the Advanced Controller Settings to Sensitivity 1 Torque 4 FFB 10. Also, Countersteering Assist set to Strong seems to help.

It's a bit lighter than I'd like, but I've been competitive with these settings and set my best lap times.

Drivehub saved me at least $200 over buying a G29 or better just to play GT Sport....also, I did not have to dismantle my rig in order to play one title. I might even go buy a PS4 Pro with the savings.

I'm hoping Polyphony Digital updates GT Sport to support the native CSL Elite soon, and I can run in Fanatec mode vs. FanaLogic mode....and finally be able to tweak brake sensitivity.

How could you go back to the G29 after usibg the Fanatec CSW? G29 is such a low quality cheap built toy. Im amazed at hoe reviews all over the web place G29 on par with t300rs and csl elite. The G29 is a pure waste of money, imo of course

First time I’ve ever heard this about a Logitech wheel. They make solid electronics and their wheels are no different. Solidly and strongly built and highly reliable. I’ve been knocking my G27 around for a few years now and it works just as well as it did on day one. The only thing on that wheel that could be considered cheap are the buttons but they still work just as well as they always have. The shifter is a bit toyish but it’s still solid and the pedals are very well made.

In pure speed and torque I agree. But it’s a good built wheel! The pedals are great (don’t compare it to LC fitted pedals) the rim has nice leather and nicely placed buttons. Aside from the clogging it delivers good feedback. The package is great! And disagree it’s built like a toy.

After my t300rs broke i went to best buy and got a g29 expecting it to be the high quality solution for ps4 racing. After a few races on Assetto Corsa it was clear the g29 is a toy. Starting with the pedals which are just a little or all throtle, no fine in betweens. The wheel base cogging, noise ( not that im picky or play with low volume, is a very noisy rattle!). The whole thing is perfect for a kid, but in no way can be put next to t300rs which is what many people are doing. Needless to say I returned it within 24 hours. The G29 may be good on its own, but when compared to others is just so low on the spectrum.

Thank God Collective Minds came up with the Drivehub, otherwise I would have jumped on the Fanatec CSL Elite and spend lots of money.

I guess we just have different definitions of what a toy is. I haven’t used the G29 but I have been using a G27 for a few years with no issues. The pedals aren’t perfect, especially if you aren’t used to them, but you can absolutely get an in between when it comes to the throttle. If you can’t, there are mods that can make the pedals very realistic. The clunking sound is definitely inconvenient and it’s my main issue with the Logitech wheels but it can easily be worked around by lowing the FFB and you can still get a good FFB experience. Also, I wouldn’t exactly say a $300 wheel is a good for a kid. It’s a legitimate wheel that is perfect for any casual racer and even some more serious ones. The main advantage of the Logitech is that you get everything with it. Wheels, pedals, shifter, all for the price of a wheel and pedal set that many other companies offer. That price combined wi5 the fact you get everything you need makes it a legitimate competitor with the higher end wheels. Is it the perfect wheel? No, not even close? It’s also not the absolute best you can buy. But it’s a great wheel for most people who don’t want to break the bank but still want a solid setup.

Still trying to figure out how to get the left and right views working. I’m starting to think the firmware update on the Drive Hub is a must in order for this to work. I’ve tried multiple buttons but none work. To anyone who hasn’t updated the firmware for the DH, are the views working alright for you?
