Man I'm only level 50. It's been hard to find the time to play enough lately. Dunno how I'm ever going to get to level 75! :scared:

You can play challenges when you have time to play. I only have time to play on weekends to play SP/MP. Before I finished playing, I play challenges from Evolution, or community challenges which has a lot of players (around 500 - above 1000 players). You can see how much points you will earn on Leaderboards. Those points will be reduced if there is a player has better time than you -- but the difference is not too significant. So don't worry.

When I came back again on another weekend and run Driveclub, the game will sync and getting fame points from expired challenges. Mine usually get around 100k-300k fame points per weekend.

It will help you grind the levels.

I hope this helps.

I'm loving the Renault R.S 01 so far. It handles beautifully and sounds fantastic. Even when idling in fact.

Getting Sprint mode was a disappointment after the hype Evo built up for the surprise but having played it last night it is annoyingly addictive. Because it is so short I played longer than I would normally. Great fun!

Since the statistic reset or loss months back I hit 10,000km too.

Fabulous game!

Driveclub now is certainly not Driveclub 1.0. I imagine for those who have played it since the very beginning, it must feel like a totally different game. I got mines Christmas 2014 so I jumped in when the weather update landed.
I've been playing since launch and it is very different now. The brilliant core gameplay has always been there but the connectivity with friends now and the Challenge infrastructure makes it yet more addictive.

DRIVECLUB is one of those games you want to have an infinite stream of DLC because you enjoy it so much. PCars is the same for me.

I totally agree about the DLC point, accolades are great and all but aren't enough of a pull for me. In regard to community challenges, I'm not fast enough or commited enough to try them more than once or twice so I miss the fun there...the season pass was what made me love this game again so I hope we get more news on a second season pass soon. 👍 Also, I often regret not enjoying pCARS too much because I feel the PS4 is missing that 'real' racing type game that I tend to enjoy. Right now, my PS4 is solely for Driveclub and Rocket League!

Anyone who plays this with clutch and h-shifter can please tell me how good it is? I want to buy a new set of pedals and a shifter, but first I need to know if it's worth it for this game (I will eventually buy it for Project Cars, but that will be later and there may be a price drop). Thanks.

Yeah I gave a few of those a try today, and noticed how high the points rewards were for a decent result. I'll be doing a fair few of those when I finish the last couple of tours I have left to do, as they're pretty fun, and the rewards look good for getting levels. I'll also try to get accolades, they seem to give good rewards.

Has there been any word on if Evo will add Fanatec wheel support? I'm really not interested in Thrustmaster or Logitech, and it seems every other racing game will support Fanatec wheels on PS4.

They said they'll look into it right after Fanatec announced that pCars would be getting support. Heard nothing since though, so that's probably a no, well, for the foreseeable future at any rate.

Cheers for the prompt reply mate. I'll be disappointed if they don't end up adding it. playing with a DS4 is fine for DC but I'd still prefer to use a wheel.

Got the update last night. The sprint mode is wonderfully challenging. I wish there was more than two tracks per country. Also, did anyone notice that Evo removed the track corner markers when you disable the crowd completely? I think that it was a bit unnecessary as I heavily relied on them in time trials, with nobody watching for complete immersion.

Sounds good for screenshots. No crowds, no markers, just the countryside and the car :)

@2clicks I'm pretty sure I have taken the markers off for many months for photos by putting the crowd to 'off' . I'm not sure what update that came in but believe it was back in early spring not this latest one. 👍

I can confirm this. I switched the crowd off months ago and it also removed all corner markers.

Been reading up on the new Free car the Ferrari 488 GTB coming soon, comparing it to the 458/speciale we have already as quite a few seemed disappointed of this car..I hope it sounds as good as this, goes fast with the twin turbos, looks great and hopefully will feel a different car to the 458 we have and I can't wait to take it out for a spin on all tracks..:D Well done Evolution on the continued support and the gift of free cars for full game holders 👍

As a big fan of Ferrari (and Italian cars in general) I love the car list in Driveclub. Read about the 488 a couple of weeks ago, and I'm stoked it's coming to the game :)

I'm Italian and really dislike the 488 :P. I already explained why. Ferrari lost a lot of prestige with that car.

Just leave the car for 30 seconds in the garage and it will cycle the interior/exterior, you can also adjust the environment/time of day or just go after your last race and it will be on that track/time.. Be quick to take a photo it is only for a few seconds it rotates round the interior for 👍

Thanks for that, will try later! I didn't realise that it would eventually cycle to the interior

Anyone else see Kie25 with his "total domination" of the Japan circuit AHR1?? He posted a video showing he has the record with EVERY single car on that course, I think there are something like 108 cars!! Absolutely incredible!!

I see him on every leaderboard I attempt! He is one fast driver (Is he the one that uses the wheel?) I also see your name quite a few times in the top 5 Mr McPartyman ;)👍👍

how do you guys with a lot of #1s etc. keep track of all of them? I had a few decent laps in the top-10 for some tracks and I'd love to get a notification if anybody passed me but I don't think I've ever seen that happen, or if you are #1 and somebody beats you it tells you?
