If I remember correctly, it was only 1 red flag deployed and the reason why is because there were disconnection issues.

Maybe calm down a bit?

My camera quality was always bad, I can't fix it.

Plus no, I didn't have time to, you see i was forced to driver change under red flag.
Ok so I might have gone a bit overboard there, so I'll clarify what I meant about having plenty of time.
Firstly - your previous photos were fine, the camera was not the issue.

When we deployed the Safety Car, you were the first car in the queue thus you were the first car in the line to stop on the Grid under Red Flag. As per Section 7.3, specifically article 7.3.4: "Once Drivers have parked their Car on the Grid, they must record their screen by taking a digital photograph or a screen capture."
The Stint photos we have from all teams range from 2:48:35 to 2:50:13, a spread of about a minute and a half. The lobby was open for longer than this time, and people were allowed to stay on track to make sure they got their photo. This was still 10 minutes before you had planned to end your stint. Because the race was suspended you had time to check the photo, and make sure it was good.
When joining the track where you only have 10 seconds to get it right I'd agree, but in this situation there was no real time pressure to get the photo which is why we were greatly frustrated.

So its just that I didn't pay attention to basic race proceedures. Can either @StigsTC, @Sinyster, or @Peelster1 provide a list of basic messages used in the events, such as 'VSC' or 'BOX' that kind of thing, or can you show me where I can find them easier. I'm not the best at reading. :)
Refer to Section 3.6 of the Regulations, titled "Flags" on page 7 - (link)

I understod the part of "BOX", however, I didn't know that there was a "VSC" procedure.
BOX exists when we join a lobby to make sure we can see when a Driver has loaded to pit lane, to make sure everyone can see them on Track.
VSC, or Virtual Safety Car is a way to neutralise the Race immediately without waiting for a Safety Car to catch everyone. When there is a large crash in the final sector, this is important.

May I ask why was the red flag deployed the second time? I am just curious.
There was only one (1) Red Flag at 2:48 into the race.
It lasted 1:40 as our first attempt at creating a New Lobby was unsuccessful, as @Antares26 correctly indicated, due to persisting visibility issues.
It occurred because Stewards could not see all cars on Track, and it was clear the Lobby was failing.

Just wondering how BoP is going, I'd quite like to get practicing for this Nurburgring race.
We are just finalising some details and we'll have Event information all posted by this evening.

I think that's everything for now lol.

All of this talk is pointing to one very important thing... a bit more time and effort needs to be put in by a lot of teams, NOT on the racing aspect, but the procedures in place that give you a correct representation of how your team is progressing during a race.

Yes, its important to have the best car and ability you can bring to the races, but if you're messing up stint photos, driver swaps and other track procedures then you're effectively puttig everything else in jeopardy. Heck, I put a potential race win out of contention by driving into the pits during VSC, that's MY fault and MY job to assure that it doesn't happen again by considering what I have to do for MYSELF AND MY TEAM. I dun' messed up good but our team got 90% of its other processes spot on because we worked on them... remember QP1 at Motegi? CWM doing a driver swap every 10 mins? We binned that session to focus on getting the stint photos and driver swaps done correctly. Focus people..

Absolutely fantastically said. Great example, your team, Storm.

Okay, thanks. 👍

Just curious on the min and max drive times, unless they are still the same.
Not sure about the minimum driving time but I know the maximum driving time increases with longer race lengths. Try and look it up on the appendices of the sporting regulations, iirc that's where it's listed.

Was Speed Demon Motorsports rejected? I don't see it on entry list.

Thats what I'm wondering? I thought we'd be put up on here (unless the probation). If there is something I'm now knowing which might be the reason why my team wasn't put up here, someone is gonna have to do some explaining. >:(

While you have shown interest, we need an official message in your team thread saying your team wishes to race.

For reasons of clarity can all Team Managers send us a message of intent in their threads, if they are intending to race in the next event, or if they have decided not to/cannot attend.
So yeah you just needed to message us. As stated before, teams/drivers on Probation are allowed to race. Nobody has been banned yet, so nobody has been refused entry.

Thanks guys, its really some big relief and some weight off my shoulders now.

Is there anywhere to find something about minimum drivers needed for a race. It says in the Sporting Regulations that they are provided in the Event Supplementary Regulations. 👍

I don't know if I posted it publicly, but the minimum driver limit for this upcoming race is 2 drivers, max is 4.

I hate double stacking comments... but how harshly are stint photos examined? I just feel that the right time to take the pic is when you're static in the box, but others tend to (especially during Swaps) do theirs on the approach to save time... or to narrowly avoid breaching the 4 in 6 rule.

Call me a little untrusting, but if I'm feeling the urge to do it on the approach to save time but decide against it, then I can't help but feel that others might not be so keen to adhere to their conscience.

I'll admit I do mine on the approach as a way of saving time. If that's looked down on then I won't do it in the future

I'll admit that I've only started being more mindful about this since the Daytona 24 and Bathurst 12 events earlier this year.

It's not like I'm digging people out, I can't blame them since competition is so intense... it was just a little something I wanted to shed light on.

i'm waiting to be stopped in my pit, and i'm lazy, sometime i take 2 pictures to be sure have 1 good.

Sometime i go pee when i stop for tire change....

Dont stress yourself all of time, you need to be relax and lazy short lap of time during a 3 hours/2 hours of full intense consentration.
