Hey it was a team effort unfortunately you didn't get enough of a chance to stretch your legs and do more running due to the Red... it does seem hard to fathom that after 4 hours of racing, disregarding RF time, that we were just over a minute away from the win.Been holding it in for a few days now, but I guess I can say it now, congrats on the podium @Storm_SP17. How we ended up where we started the race, I don't know
Hey, at least I can be proud to have a perfect red flag record in the series.Hey it was a team effort unfortunately you didn't get enough of a chance to stretch your legs and do more running due to the Red... it does seem hard to fathom that after 4 hours of racing, disregarding RF time, that we were just over a minute away from the win.
Does leave the question "what if" since we both pitted early for silly silly knocks to our car at pretty much similar phases of our first stints... that's 1 min 20 right there! We were by no means the fastest team... but it does say a lot about the amount of discussion we had about the strategy, and the level of comfort and trust we had in it and the balance of the car leading up to the race.
I'll think about it mate.Come on @JonoStan96 how long before we can have a Rooz squad show up? Been waiting for you guys to come racing again!
@Cobra75 already tried asking them to join. We're happy to have any teams from the GTPSCS and it'd be mega to have more of the top flight Pro-class teams from the SCS come join.Sry for double post, but anyone think about invite the TRL team for N12? Pretty sure some of this guys can be interest
Looks like I won't make it.18:00 EST (6:00 PM)
We need a few volunteers to help us stress test lobbies this weekend. The more the better, so we'll have up to 13 slots (to add up to 16 total with @Peelster1, @StigsTC, and myself).
We're hoping to do this at roughly 18:00 EST (6:00 PM) in the DRRTES club lobby. Respond to this post if you are interested in helping us out.
NOTE - This is before the Matt Simmons (MintGTR) race events, so you do not need to worry about missing that if you are planning to partake in those events.

Just bring anything. Just testing things to see if they break the lobby, so we're not being strict on stuff like that tonight.Which cars are we using?
personally I do not believe so, but I will check in with Stigs about it to clarify once he is online tonight.I don't happen to be on probation for repeated failure to provide stint photos, do I?
Put on a probation list for what? I did not find any links.@CrazyJohn were put on a probation list for, I guess an excessive amount of penalties
J_Starsceam: 73, Fred-dude: 32.Query:I've just had a look at Driver Classification by laps and me and @Freddude did 109 laps in total, but on the Final Classification by Team, we finished with 107 laps?
No. You are not on Probation. You have shown that you understand both the regulations and most of the procedures of the series.I don't happen to be on probation for repeated failure to provide stint photos, do I?
Team Warnings PenaltiesMe and @CrazyJohnthe room got noted for these amount of penalties as well, but it sounds like SDM was rather given them the most.
You crashed your car trying to return to pit lane on numerous occasions. There is no specific warning or penalty for it, so it wasn't issued. In addition, it was clear you hadn't read all the rules and you took what has to be the worst Stint photo of all time, under Red Flags! You had all the time in the world to take that photo. Again, no specific warning, but a lot of frustration up in Race Control trying to decipher it.Many people got more penalties and warnings than I got.
Maybe calm down a bit?worst Stint photo of all time
J_Starsceam: 73, Fred-dude: 32.
73 + 32 = 105. The final classification shows 105.
No. You are not on Probation. You have shown that you understand both the regulations and most of the procedures of the series.
Probation exists to formerly notify drivers that either to this point, or recently, have failed to show that they understand the regulations and/or the procedures and format of events in the series. The prior will show up in an obvious fashion with a host of penalties and warnings, the latter will not show up on a log but will have created much frustration in Race Control.
Individual Drivers can be put on probation, however in cases where a whole Team shows that it has not understood what we are trying to do, this is seen as a failure of the Team Manager to make sure that the Drivers know what they are doing. As a result, a Team may be put on probation, and only if the Team Manager is either unable to find suitable drivers or is incapable of making sure their team knows the regulations, a Team may be banned and the Team Manager will be prohibited from running a team.

As you can see, SDM did not get the worst of it.

And those are just the reasons why you aren't OFF probation - you were on probation from the GTP:SCS, and all Driver rankings carried across from that.
The Teams that are on probation, and may still participate in future events unless they do not improve their standards:
Harsk Racing Series Community - Repeated regulation failures of driving standards and procedures.
Speed Demon Motorsports - Failure to understand Race procedures.
Drivers that are on Probation:
Toshost - Driving Standards and Race Procedures
RoadRageDudez - Race Procedures
CrazyJohnIsHere - Driving Standards and Race Procedures.
Narrowly avoiding Probation:
J_Starscream - The penalty count is padded by Stint Photo issues that he resolved in his final stint.
HarskGaming96 - Pretty much every offense was Stint Photos.
Teams and Drivers on probation need to show an improvement in their behaviour in future events to be taken off probation. Failure to improve standards will see a Team or Driver banned from the series. The regulations may be complex, and people will make mistakes, this is expected. However we should not need to see Stewards issuing 87 Warnings and Penalties in a 6 Hour race.
Hopefully our next event will be better, and everyone is still welcome to race and field a Team. Just make sure you are up to date on the rules, which cover race procedures and we'll all get along fine on race day.
