Instructions to gift more than 1 car a day:
1. You go to community and select the one you want to send the car to.
2. Click send gift, select garage, and the car you want to gift.
3. Gift the car but DO NOT CLICK OK.
4. Press the ps button on your controller and Quit the game.
5. Restart Gran Turismo 5 and you can gift again
6. Rinse and repeat

Even when you follow the directions the right way? I didn't see anything in the forum about it not working anymore. That would be a bummer if it doesn't. It's a pointless limit anyway.
