Sorry, I meant to post the rest of the details last night but was too busy to finish, so i will do it today.
Yes, testing has thrown up just as many questions as answers. We have been surprised by some peoples quali pace, which doesn't always translate into finishing positions in the races and the fact that there has been quite a bit of bumping and bashing in the actual races has really scewed the results. Also, some guys have not been anywhere near the pace we know they usually drive in actual championship races... But I think the basic recipe is just about right, except for a few minor tweaks:
- Scale I think you should drive at 590pp and in the A4.
- Will, you need to get the Astra.
As long as we all accept that certain cars WILL be faster on some tracks (eg: the CLK and M3 at Monza) and that 'one-off' races like that don't mean we need to re-adjust the car/pp/driver settings based on one event.
As Canu says - 3 race stewards for this series and because of the 'closeness' on track we are going to have to crack down heavily on unfair driving, so make sure you line up your passes neatly and pull out of them if you are not very, very sure you are going to get by cleanly.
OK, I am off to start work on the rest of the OP.
BTW -
first race is at High Speed Ring
