Exeter GT Tuning (Updated with new seasonal setups)

Hi Shaun ! The 1.09 Update has arrived (Good Stuff) and it says that The effect of the tyre geometry has been changed (mainly for the “Camber Angle" option. So I started to check out two Cars. The Audi R8 LMS ultra with Camber 2.5 and 3.5 and the Audi R8 5.2 TFI Chrome Line with Camber 0.0 and both seems to work same before (Feeling and Lap Time). For me I'm happy that the Austrian Red Bull Ring is a part of the Game now

I can imagine that the addition track has made you happy. Its always good to get your national motor sport track included in a game. Im a huge fan of silverstone for obvious reasons Will you be going to the Austrian GP this year? I suppose Niki Lauda is going to be discussed a lot at the race seen as he's from near there originally.

Im pleased to hear that the new physics change hasn't affected my tunes. It would have been a pain to figure out which needed working on. If those two are okay, then hopefully the other ones are still very similar in handling characteristics. I will put out a message in my garage so people can let me know if something doesn't feel right after 1.09 change. Hows the leg healing up anyway?

As has been discussed in many forum areas. The 1.09 Update has changed certain aspects of camber angle and tyre geometry in GT6. I don't plan on checking every tune created in this garage (as there are 160+), so all I ask is, if you notice that a tune in my garage doesn't seem to handle as you would expect (since 1.09 update), let me know and Ill check it out and rejig things.

All ill say is Ouch.. That looks very painful. At least it was just your leg that got injured in your accident. Could have been a lot worse i suppose.

That sounds like me on my Claud Butler Mountain Bike. I have arguments with cars about them coming into my areas of the road all the time. The bike is worth some money too so I have to make sure thats okay first. haha

Its a new paint job and its easier to drive as GT3 cars go I think. At least it is now that I've tuned the suspension and LSD a little. I only brought it because I couldn't win it on the GT Academy Part 4. Spa was just too hard for me in the cars' stock form.

Edit: Just did my first out lap in the same RJN car from GT Academy, with 2 offs (including a sand trap) and a messed up last corner, I managed to get a 2.23 (which is one second faster than my GT academy time). No wonder I struggled with GTA.

Its a new paint job and its easier to drive as GT3 cars go I think. At least it is now that I've tuned the suspension and LSD a little. I only brought it because I couldn't win it on the GT Academy Part 4. Spa was just too hard for me in the cars' stock form.

I'll have to put the spanners to my Kaz version then. That car has way too much understeer in stock form. Likes lifting the front wheels over humps like the Flugplatz too

The Lexus i will come back to. Its in good shape now, but it can be in better shape. I am going to experiment with these camber changes that PD have done. See if that really has changed or its just an attempt at changing it. The Mark 1 Lexus is a good starting point though. very safe and quick at 564pp for a race style car.

It shouldn't do... Can you check you set the final gear to 3.200 in your tuning sheet? It should get to 120mph at final gear 5.000 alone.
