Thank you very much for your information.
I haven’t had Fanatec’s products until now. Nowadays I have a Logitech G27.
I’m Brazilian. I will go to NY on 10/October this year and I intend to buy a CSW base with both wheels and CSP v2. But, I have afraid to buy Fanatec’s products, because in Brazil there isn’t FANATEC Community/ Support Agent. It's too complicate.
I have friends in Brazil who buy Fanatec stuff through someone in USA, here are my thoughts.

mikemav said you would have to have the stuff sent to someone that could get it to you during the window for your visit to NY. Thats risky for you because if there is a snag somewhere due to shipping/lack of stock issues you won't get your stuff.
The other option is to have someone send the stuff to you from USA, but as you know Brazilian customs are very expensive. USPS Priority is the best way to send because DHL/FEDEX/UPS air to Brazil costs a fortune. It costs over $800 via Air for CSW/CSR BMWR/CSP V.2 to Brazil by FEDEX, but USPS Priority runs about $270 for the three boxes, give or take a few bucks.
And yes you are right that its complicated by the fact there is no Fanatec support in Brazil, if you should have some unforeseen issue that requires warranty replacement you will have to send the product back to Fanatec's USA fullfillment center in La Mirada, California.
Then the replacement from Fanatec would have to be sent to whoever your designated contact in USA is, that entity would then have to send the product down to you in Brazil.
If the unforeseen issue can be rectified with a replacement part, Fanatec will also have to send the part(s) to your designated contact in USA who will then have to send it to you in Brazil.
So in your case its a bit more risky because of the added expense if you should need parts or replacement. Its probably cheaper in most cases to just purchase another new product if you need warranty replacement with exception of maybe the CSW Base/CSR E because you have to pay two-way shipping to and from USA and then customs for the replacement.
Also the time involved is pretty lengthy, it takes about 3 weeks to receive something from USA by the time it clears Brazil customs. So in the case of a return you are looking at close to 2x that time.
