I got an email today that it'll ship out soon. I wish I could've bought just the rim, but o well, I have a backup DD wheel now.

Does anyone know if the GT DD Pro works with Dirt Rally 2.0? (@PJTierney)
I have just received my GT DD Pro and am unable to get Dirt Rally 2.0 to work on PS5.
I am able to play Grand Turismo Sport and F1 2021 with no problem.
This is despite having the wheelbase in the purple PlayStation compatibility mode, the game just doesn’t recognise the GT DD Pro.

I have it on the blue PS mode and it works without any problem on PS5.

So I was messing around trying to get less rattle with the McLaren GT3 V2 rim, and lowering FEI helps. However, I see in the manual a Shock (SHO) setting I would like to play around with, but I can't see it in the Advanced Tuning Menu?

SHO setting is only available for steering wheels which has electric motors.

Just got my GT DD bundle yesterday. Was so excited to use it as soon as got home, only to find that no bolts are included, and I don't have a long enough 6mm one to attach to my footrest. I know I shouldnt be irritated by that, but just seems a petty thing to not include when you pay that much. Now I need to make a special trip to a hardware store and likely buy a whole bag if bolts when I just need two. Puts a slight damper on the whole experience.

Fanatec doesn't know what you are going to bolt it to, and that is why the bundle did not come with bolts. I have done the same as you I went to my local hardware store to buy 4 bolts, and I just brought 4 in a packet.

Hello Folks, just a question referring to Orders on the GT DD Pro.
The Fanatec Website says that the Premium Bundle is available on March 14th.
It looks like the LC Pedal is the reason for that, as everything else included in the Bundle appears to be in stock.
From your experience, is the availability Date Fix or does it happen that Fanatec delays their Availability Dates?!
Or is it even possible that we might get our preorders earlier than expected?!
I‘m new to the Fanatec World and have no experience with that Company.
Maybe some of you might be so kind and take your time to Share your experiences with them.

I actually laughed a little. :)

Wherever you check, reddit, here or the Fanatec forums, a huge share of the posts are about availability and delivery dates being postponed.

The generally advice is to order the different items separately and take the additional delivery cost. Otherwise, the entire shipment is held up by the item that's not in stock.
In your case that means ordering the LC kit separately.

Every scenario you mentioned is a possibility. It might ship early, on time, or later depending on product availability, and that depends on your position in the queue. People who ordered weeks ago will be the first to get new arrival of stock.

If something in your order runs out of stock, your ENTIRE order will be delayed until that piece is back in stock.

Fanatec has a horrendously odd and annoying ordering system. But at least you are in Europe and processing and shipping seem to be fast there with UPS. In the USA the logistics are outsourced to a 3rd party and they tend to be VERY slow at processing orders, creating shipping labels and getting the product physically to the shipper. On top of that in USA Fanatec uses FedEx which has to be the absolute worst choice in North America.

Just got the email that my order is about to be shipped! From a facility they use and in Beverly Hills. In my experience with Fanatec, that’ll mean it’ll be 2 days till it gets to me. Can’t wait to try it out in ACC and GTS on Thursday

Thanks on your answers @HugoTwoWheels and @Pfei
It’s a tough decision, what to do.
In best case I’ll get my order delivered in time, in worst case I could end up being stuck in a not foreseeable queue, as I don’t know how Fanatec handles their order priority.
In my scenario for example, I ordered the Premium Bundle on February 11th.
I don’t know if they handle Bundle Orders separated from specific stand alone orders like the Stand Alone LC Pedal Kit.
Maybe someone has ordered the Load Cell Kit let’s say 3Weeks earlier.
Is he going to receive it earlier than me?!
Because I ordered the Bundle which includes the Load Cell Kit so I don’t know where their priorities are.
Bundles first, Stand alone Kit Second?!
Or the other way around ?!
Or maybe completely separated and individually managed, which would mean Bundles and Stand alone orders don’t follow just the generic order Queue…
In any case, I think I’ll just wait until the 14th and hope I’ll get my Shipping notification.
Because canceling my PreOrder is not an option for me.
I want the Load Cell, I’m not keen to be stuck to the non load cell Pedals.
And the V3s‘ are not an option either, because the Pedals can not be moved sideways and the Clutch Pedal can not be removed.
I don’t need the Clutch Pedal, I like to have the Throttle/Brake Pedal as far apart as possible for a more relaxed Foot Position.
And that’s only possible with the CSL LC Pedals.
@Yard_Sale nice to hear.
I had the same experience when I ordered the McLaren V2 Wheel.
Ordered February 14th, delivered on February 16th…amazing stuff :D

1 more question as I couldn’t find an answer on the internet at all, neither on Fanatec Website.
If I cancel my preorder, i would like to place a new order immediately.
The thing is, will I have to wait for my refund first?
Or do they charge it with my previous Payment.
From my understanding it would be a new order so I would have to pay all over again, while waiting for my refund for my canceled order, Am I right?!
How long does it take them to make the refund in case I would have to wait for it ?!

You cancel the order but you have to wait a day or two for Fanatec to confirm it, and you also have to wait for the refund. Placing a new order will be a new charge to your credit card. No credit given for cancelling an order.

Thank you very much for clarification, that’s exactly what I wanted to know, obviously not what I was hoping to hear 😅

Anyone here playing the next gen ACC that came out today? The official settings on PS4 are for PlayStation compatibility mode (purple). I am wondering if PlayStation native mode (blue) works with the new PS5 version of the game?

EDIT: Someone confirmed on the official forum that blue mode works and that the colored Gran Turismo buttons also work.

I'm in Australia and I know 3 people that ordered the 8nm version with LC pedal and they all turned up mid last week even thou they all had the same March pre-order date.

Received yesterday my GT DD Pro Basic Bundle and I'm very happy, except one thing.
Why is it so hard to actually attached the wheel to the base? A lot of force is needed and only after several tries, I can actually twist the plastic quick release to close it. Did I do something wrong?
I'm a bit afraid that some of the pins might be damaging, but at this moment, after several tries, it worked and the wheel also works without issues.

You did not put the steering wheel all the way inside the shaft, and the metal ball couldn't get into the hole, that is why you cant twist the plastic quick release to close it.
Why is it so hard to actually attached the wheel to the base?
Trust me, that's the way it should be and it will get a little easier over time.

It will get easier over time for sure. It's good that it's tight that is what you want.
