I had a Burger King vanilla milkshake yesterday. Worst milkshake I've ever had in my life – the damn thing tasted like styrofoam.

McDonald's has the best strawberry shakes.
Notice they say "shakes" and not "mik shakes." They have to for legal reasons. Because, there are no milk products in their "shakes."

And you think McDonald's have the best shakes? Go to Jack In The Box. They use real ice cream, with real dairy products, in their shakes. Here, in SoCal, In N Out have the best shakes, by far. To make a strawberry shake, they add strawberry juice, from real thawed strawberries, into a vanila shake. To make chocolate, they use Hershey's syrup. They can make it as strong, or as weak, as you would like it.

Incorrect.

I don't like any type of fast food. The closest I come to fast food is Papa Gino's, but that isn't fast by any stretch of the imagination.

That's very odd that they say it's made with milk. As if was explained to me, by someone who worked for McD's, they use a soy based milk, which is not a real dairy product. But, McD's still calls it "milk" but laws prevent them from labeling it "milk shakes" because some Dairy & Milk Council made Congress pass laws to stop non dairy products from being labelled with anything to do with a real milk product. So, soy milk cannot be called soy milk. It has to be called soy drink.
