It needs to be pointed out to those wondering "Why?!" about Quinton's Charger (I actually should have seen this coming to be honest, not so much the Charger as I haven't the slightest clue what cars he owns... but something), he'll be the one with the lap to beat in next month's KotT.

I was wondering about the car and why it was involved in the pack. I still dont get why they added a car for him, but not for the last C.J Wilson? Either way, new cars are new cars and im excited to try them all. Gotta start saving though, i only have 400k creds haha.

I'm guessing it's because the Challenger exists in real life.

Now, we just need the 1968 Mustang Fastback and the Mustang form collection will be complete. Although, I think we're missing the 2011 body. But heck, with the 4th Gen Mustang finally in, someone could still do a 60th Anniversary vid if they desired.

EDIT: As for the pack name, as far as I can tell it's called the "ALMS" pack because the Panoz, Audi and 787B have all seen Sebring at some point. Which just makes it an ironic title 'cause they've all seen Sebring, but none of them have participated in ALMS...yet. The R18 should be making a full season in ALMS this year, though...which is odd...Audi was missing last year, and now Peugeot is missing this year...at least their official team cars are missing.

As a painter I'm fine with any new cars and I usually will end up with all of them eventually. The only car that I'm not feeling is that challenger. I welcome the widebody but I have a feeling we are stuck with the truck sized wheels. I'm just trying to come up with what paints I will be making.

There was an RX-7 on the grid in '94 as well as a Mazda rotray powered Kudzu in '95-'97.

Really? Color me wowed.

However, I can call a technicality: specifically re-read what I wrote though. If one competed in '92, I'll eat my own sock.

Turn10 is really doing it this year with these car packs. This stuff is hot.
When the packs stop rolling I think guys are going to go in withdrawals.

My internet is going to be down for line replacements on monday through friday and I have been waiting for that damn 787B for ages :(

The thing I love and hate about Forza's DLC is that once that cat is out of the bag you're already looking forward to next month's. Like me, I have my 787B and the incredibly unexpected S1... now give me the SR9, ST1, and A10 and I'll be good.

For about another month.

If I give you $20 will you do it anyways?:P:lol:

$20 first. Sock after.

See that's the secret of Turn10 releasing info a week early. Instead of having you wait a full month between events. They release info early. Keep you hungry to get your hands on it (1 week down). Then you get it and your rolling around in DLC new glory that's another week (2 week down). And now it's 2 weeks till the next DLC ;) lol

Man the only thing that'll keep my mind off this DLC for a while is the Superbowl.
Hot DLC Pack
Giants in Superbowl
The only thing that would make this week great is if I could win .... ;)

Can't wait to make some pre-release vids ;)

One couldn't have competed in '92. 1991 was the first year of the 3,5l regs, so they allowed an overlap from the 1990 regs for the year due to costs, as a transition year. By '92 the old style cars weren't allowed anymore. So the win had nothing to do with no rotaries being allowed in '92.

Did I ever say the victory played a factor? And most of your entire statement here directly contradicts the original stance it seemed like you were taking.

Rotaries were never banned. The 3,5l regs just had no possible inclusion for them.

However in 93 a 787B could be run if homologated as a LMP....

The years the Kudzus ran the ACO was in charge of prototype regulations (atleast LMPs, not sure of WSC or SRP) and they allowed pretty much any engine in (to a degree). GT regulations at the time allowed only the production engine so the rotary RX7 had to keep it's Wanker....err Wankel to be allowed.

Even dough I don't play F4 right now (my son occupies most of my free time) i will still download this pack.
It's well balanced pack, I am looking forward for the alfa 33 mostly.

i'm disapointed.

787b is awesome,
r18 is cool, people wanted that..

but, the other cars. :( there's 2 (the dodge and the bentley) that are basicaly just updated kit version of what we have in game, and that HSV, what is that? lol. still, i got the season pass, and once i drive these my opinion might change.

Honestly, I cannot say anything bad about any of the cars in this up coming pack. I absolutely love the Panoz Abruzzi racer, and I am dying to hear how well Turn 10 handled the unholy sound this thing makes.

The race cars don't interest me THAT much although naturally I'll still buy the whole pack. The Alfa 155 Q4, VW Polo GTI and the Holden HSV GTS are the cars I'm most looking forward to 👍

A fairly average pack. I'm not really interested in LMP's and American muscle cars. The Alfa 155 is great addition, and the Bentley, Polo and Holden are welcome.

Speaking of the new Holden HSV, there is a case to say it should have been in the game from the start as it looks very similar to the existing HSV model in the game. The same goes for past DLC, e.g. the Audi S5 and Audi RS5 (DLC), the VW Scirocco GT and VW Scirocco R (DLC).

I agree to an extent, but only because of my disinterest in the Holden. I care enough that I want it in the game, but I don't think it should take DLC space. On the other hand, I can totally understand the excitement about variations on the model if you're into Holden. If somebody told me the next DLC would include the BMW E46 M3 CSL and E92 M3 GTS, pants would be shat.

I can't understand the inclusion of the tuned cars though. I can tune the cars myself.
