First of all I do admit overtaking Rajhan in the corner with 300 km/h was a

bit risky, and I feel terrible that my overtake caused a crash even though I

tried my best to avoid touching his car.


Furthermore the incident with Jb and Casnuerg.

When I was going into the corner I was driving a defensive line because I

saw Jb and Cas in the mirror , and at that time I did not know you

were lapped, otherwise I would not have been driving the defensive line,

but let you pass.

So dont worry Cas it was nothing personal

Ahem You have missed out the other 3 incidents where I WAS TAKEN OUT. Just incase you missed that I wrote it in caps. On lap 14, Safeway went wide, hit the wall and took me out. He waited though so fairplay. Mustard took a dive down the inside and pushed past me on lap 28. He didn't pass cleanly. Sick assassin also took a turn one dive down the inside on lap 39 and off I went.

I sense that the decision making process is bias. Maybe towards me or maybe in general. Artman isn't really going to award himself a penalty now is he. Even though in my first races on season 2, similar thing happened where I tried to overtake and ended up taking him out, and I ended up getting a stern warning for being too adventurous. I can't understand why (from the last race) that when I get taken out that the offender gets nothing.

I hope you stewards will re-look at the replay from the last race and re-evaluate your decision.

Must we go through this everytime? We ask everyone to send in their incidents after the race, we give at least 2 days so that people can look at the replay first. It is impossible to go through EVERY lap of the race from everyone onboard, so if you don't report using PM on GTP not PSN, it will get missed.

I have said this time and time again that I don't judge my own incidents, IMMORTALPILOT does that so as to avoid any bias. I have received penalties in the past if you must know. Now that a decision has been made, I can publicly state that my car was way past yours gazziboy, and you turned into me after I left you room, I even touched the inside kerbs leaving room for you. RaJhan and cbastjans incident was a lot closer as they were side by side. As much as people like to think that I am dirty driver, I like to think that I always leave room when overtaking or being overtaken, it might be a different when I am lapping someone who won't move out of the way like toolo4sno mentioned before.

Never new Teams Gojet but you can drive as Guest Driver when a driver dont drive the next races you can drive also in a current Team.

yo ,looked at replay and i could not have left you more room, front and back tyres on the kirbs with loads of room for you, then you cut straight infront of me. soz but could not do anything about that.

Wow ive really lost alot of my old skill i was barely able to do a 1:30 and my consistency was all shot up.
Suzuka not a good place to reaquaint myself with the car its hard to keep a consistent pace there.

I mentioned that during practice, Gazz said a race that starts wet and drys out would be good also.

And incase any where wondering my ps3 shut itself off yesterday and is why i left the race and was offline right away

I understand his desire to start and finish a big grid, but we are into Season 4. We have quite a talented field this time around. We can handle it. I promise not to rage quit/pit.

While saying that; Gazzi, bigtex, RaJhaN and myself were in a room and I had the rain on pretty high; the result was not so fun. BTW: bigtex is a rain master, don't let him hustle you and race for money. I'll agree a high percentage of surface water is a nightmare, but I think we could find a setting for each track (it seems like they respond to the same settings differently). This setting would hopefully never get the surface water over 40%, and hover around 10-25% right at the point where a choice has to be made. I just want more strategy excitement and unexpected pits. Since we can't yet do the two tire strategy we need something to think about in the cockpit every now and again.
