No way, I got in the 1:28's (1:28.441s to be exact). Awesome, I was on fire some of those laps. Others I would have been on fire due to crashing. I tried so many times to catch and pass the guy ahead (mostly sick..87) only to fail. Unfortunately, I fell victim to Bigtex's laggy car into T1 (got peir too), and was uphill from the get go. Drove with some anger and determination though. Sorry to Go-jet if I made your race suck. I definitely was not going to make it easy, but didn't want to ruin anyone's fun.

I'm not sure how it works, but Cbastjan DC'd on his Lap 43. I think he was in 6th; where I ended up (oops).

Peiratis is the equalizer. He must stay on and get an even slower connection. Who knows how much slower we can get Immortal? Human times perhaps.

well i used to be a Team Lotus Driver so my opinion will be biased, i will let IMMORTAL decide what he wants to with cbastjans points toolo.
Also good lap time toolo, i was a full second slower than Pablo's fastest lap but i had a small gap to him. I watched a bit of the replay, Pablo is smart that he let the computer control his car with no fuels around the corners and he let it fly on the straights  Good points for ATR, half a bottle of Vodka and orange juice made my race error free. Probably wrong way to look at it but hey, smallest gap to Pablo i have ever had, was only wishing he made a mistake or ran out of fuel on that last stint :sly:

Bit of a wild race, came round the 130R turn mid way thought the race not thinking much of it, doing 185 mph to find Augablo sitting in the middle of my line having crashed (not surprising since F10s on fast turns are like a cessna 182 in a 450 knot dive). Needless to say I T-Boned Aug at full speed. I ended up facing backwards on track loosing a good 10 secs spinning it around.

Had no idea immortal was having such problems up front, I did my best to avoid loosing time. I think I prevented time loss from there on only loosing a couple secs when Hugo came back on track in front of me. Sorry again Gaz for a bump, I came across him; must have been after Gaz crashed he was travelling very slowly and I accidentlly tapped him up high on the hairpin, no harm done though, he got to draft off me on fresh tires.

Thanks to immortal for letting me get a lead lap finish, he eased up the last 5 or so (either that or his tires were finished). I would like to say we were sitting a bit too long in the quali lobby at cape ring, I'd much prefer less talk and a longer Q session, 30 mins.

I had no lag throughout the race! And even on my replay there are none...:odd:

I would like to get rid of all the additional info during the race.
Lapcounter, Laptime and ranking would be enough.

Everytime: "Elvis left the building"messages pos up , then: "oh, non :sly: he`s back" distracts a lot during the race.

Ok, off to belgium!

Probably not a good idea to remove the mini-map, I think this might be the cause of the problem where people don't see the lapping or lapped cars. Its a quick glance to see where others are so you know how quickly they are gaining up on you. I remember having a discussion with an ex F'10 WC driver, who said that he had NO additional info and that is why he didn't know where he or others were. I know that some of you like to have no info, but for the good of others, it might be good idea to at least have the mini-map on.

Is there a complaint in there for the stewarts or just your race summary??? If so, send a PM to me and IMMORTAL.
Also, who was ranting on at Cape Ring?? we should stop these old people talking crap in lobby. But seriously though, we were there for longer than usual because we had to get a guest driver to leave and make room for a signed up driver. Next time it might be you that cant join because of guests, shall we then carry on without you?? :sly:

As I said in the room "I blame peir for everything". I'm sure that his connection is beyond terrible, and that if his connection wasn't the problem for my lagging, I will hold myself responsible for my connection issues. Other than that, i'm still going to use that excuse for everything peir does wrong. Also, I'm sorry to tool, peir, & others about my lagging issue. I'll try fix this problem for the Spa race.

I know the purists like to drive w/o the HUD on at all. Reventon used to always say a real driver wouldn't see it; so it shouldn't be there. My argument is that your engineer would tell you what you need to know and since we don't have team engineers the HUD is the only way to get that information. Like I said earlier though, looking at it is at your own peril. I noticed this race that my best, most consistant laps were done when I didn't pay attention to anything other than the next corner. Anytime I paid attention to the leader board, clock, or map I was destined to screw up.

Please correct Mark Webber if he is wrong, but Gangsta is not signed up to the league through the forum (or in any other official capacity). Whereas, Go-Jet is (was?). If this is correct, to me it was a 2 second no brainer decision. We waste wayyyyyy too much time in general going from Practice room to Q/Race room. We have to minimize that.

I propose we start an hour earlier (than yesterday's start time). Seems like an hour earlier start time would be good for Euro zone drivers.

Pretty ridiculous. I should have left after all.

First, too many people are too eager about qualifying. I got spun twice and needed new tyres each time. One of those times, I had to go backwards so I could reach the pits and set a lap before time ran out.

During the race itself, there were just too many people making ridiculous overtakes. Each overtake involved major contact and on 2 occasions I spun.

Not only that, but other people who crashed tried to rejoin the track immediately; without looking for oncoming cars.

I'm glad I got disconnected that early. I can't imagine how much more pathetic driving was going to destroy me.

Sorry. I'm going somewhere where people race CLEAN.

yo gojet watched the replay and you got hit on the 1st corner by bigtex who was lagging baddly and gazzyboy came back on the track a bit too aggresively on lap 2, and a touch from tool on lap 3 but the 2 spins no one touched you. every one here is very clean drivers or try to be anyway. chill ur self out lad.

👍 exactly

yes i got Dc... was a nice fight with you IP even if you had some bad lags sometimes ... but i enjoyed it and i'm looking forward to the next 2races !

Firstly you never go back to the pits in reverse, no matter what. If everyone did that imagine what chaos that would cause.

Also, its not cool to blame other drivers in public, you can send your issues to the stewards after the race. I just cant believe that after all the support you had to join the race, this is how you repay us. 👎

Oh my God, you are Mark. Well, i gave my 2 cents with regards to the issue of GANGSTA and Gojet. Ultimately Pablo made a decision but i tried to make the same point you did in a polite way, and i asked if GANGSTA sent you a PM afterwards not realizing he had just joined the room  Oh and one important thing, GANGSTA cannot signup even if he tried, i think he was banned from GT Planet. But if Gojet is gonna have an attitude like that, and go the wrong way because he doesn't want to lose time in qually, then he might as well go race somewhere else like he said.

RedBull highlights will be posted on friday.

Suzuka race was really fun, It is a challenging track with a lot of different corners. I was pushing very hard all the way. Was only 12 seconds behind Immortalpilot on lap 39, then I spun.
Very good recovery from Rajhan to, good teammate :)

Good race everyone, had no problems with blue flag.

Looking forward to SPA!

I cant blame Aug, he had done what I did in every practice race and most races I do in the F10 at Suzuka, crash spectacularly at the 130R.... I just did not do it in "the race" by lifting and tip-toeing through so the rear wing wouldn't know it was turning. If I woke up the rear wing it would get angry and crash hard. :sly:

I've already not been able to join here, there's always guests. There needs to be a hard line, if their not signed than they cant be in the room.

So I wasn't the only one that saw bigtex lagging badly. That's the first time I've seen him like that. Maybe a family member was on netflix?

Has peir tried to put his PS3 in the DMZ? Has he done a speedtest? or pingtest? He should do all of those things and show it to us.

Your lag issues were really bad but I've never seen anybody, even pier, lag that badly in our races. Do you have family? Were any of them streaming HD video or something? I can't think of how it would randomly be that bad. I hit you because of it, you took me out because of it, it was bad. Thanks for staying through the whole race though, I hate being in last place, and usually everybody behind me rage quits

At least. I was 10th, but I was a few laps behind him when he got disconnected. You should check to see how many laps he finished, and see if it's more laps than I completed. Don't count the laps I did after the race timer started, once we finish the lap we're on when the leader finishes, that should be the final position in my opinion. That's how it is in real life and I'd gladly give cbast the position if he would've had it in real life

Not everybody here is clean. We all make mistakes, but some people get way too aggressive and incidents happen every race that probably wouldn't happen in real life or if we had heavy damage on.

I believe my sisters were on netflix, and youtube on there f:censored:ing Wii at the time of the race. I don't think they were the main problem, my parent's might have been on the internet at the same time, that probably could've start a huge internet issue.

EDIT: Post #200 :D

Hi There guys,

Suzuka was a pretty clean race, we have decided to not penalize anyone. There was a main incident into turn 1 but that was down to lag so it would be pretty unfair to penalize bigtelpfan97. Another incident on lap 40 involving RaJhaN and cbastjan, that was another racing incident from the two fierce rivals again. cbastjan was DC'd on lap 43, towards the end of it anyways so we have decided to award him his 8 points as he had quite a big gap to the car behind him.
It is also sad to say that the Gojet complained about dirty driving but we saw none of it and he spun on his own twice on laps 3 and 4 then rage quit. There might have been a bit of unsafe rejoining on gazziboys pat but he didn't touch or spin anyone at the chicane and he was just trying to get back on track, but it wasn't that bad.

Thank you.

 when i am on on, i tell everyone to disable Wi-fi enabled devices PC's, Mobile Phones, Laptops and other PS3's. I make sure i get them a movie they like or something and i know its just me on the internet. I only do that if anyone is up that time anyways. PC's and Laptops have a tendency to want to do Windows Updates or AntiVirus updates at the same time i go racing.
