If you can you should try recreating some Spanish race tracks. There are some really famous and great Spanish tracks that deserve to be in GT but they have never been.

The first one I'll try to do is Lime Rock, then Mid-Ohio. Depends on how flexible it is, their description makes it sound like it will be a lot more flexible. I managed to get really close versions of both those tracks in GT5 and that thing was a b:censored:h to work with.

EDIT: I'm going to have to step out for a few so I've joined Sag's room for a quick test. I'll have a room up in a little while for more testing

Sorry Brandon, when I logged in bit early, no one had a room up so I started my own to practice the Ferrari. I must have missed the notification about you logging in or something because when I did notice you were doing some other track so I went to sleep (was past 1am already). You could have sent me a message

Had a good practice with torzilla. Seems we have a similar pace. Both still making some mistakes... It is a decent car too :D

Sorry, I had something pop up at the last minute so I couldn't be on very long. I just wanted to see how the timed race and false start worked and saw Sag was testing that so I just jumped in his room for a few.

Ah ha, so this is what you've been up to. Mind if I join you all one Saturday? Can't make it this weekend, but I should be grand for the following one.

We'd love to have you! :D This little Ferrari thing has turned out to be a lot of fun. We'll be in the Dino next week, look forward to seeing you on track again. 👍

I will when you actually start the series in 2017 :P.

It's all ready I was just waiting on two things...
1) the update 1.07, as I was privileged to learn about this many weeks ago!
2) for my Sunday calender to become clear again.

Expect a thread coming to a forum near you soon... :sly:

 laters

Actually the 450pp Production car cup, is not defunct, its just on hold to make room for other exciting events! :D

I've done about 2:16:9xx, but I didn't practice much and I forgot about oil change, so I still don't know this track and car well ;) Done it with offline, I still don't know how is it going to be, when it will be online.

 What planet are you from?!
I could try sm but only if cu3e and torzilla try them with me.

Edit: I'm really bad at silverstone as well. That track kicks my butt.

Although I don't know if sm are necessary as it seems we will still have a good race in the back. It's up to you guys though.

Good to know I'm not the only one who hates that place!

It took me even longer than usual to learn that track. I think it is the flatness. My mind tends to wander and then I think I am at the other similar looking turn and brake too much or too late... Still happens some times :ouch:

I believe the track was made on old WW2 airfield, right?

It's finding the lines for me, I think you need to hook them up perfectly in order to attack the next apex correctly - I (because I'm not that good) tend to just 'hoon about trying to reach the grip limit, such technicalities as a good line never really cross my mind :P.

And yes it was, as are 99% of UK race tracks really. Many were converted to race tracks after they had no real use as airfields after world war 2.

That's what I was thinking, sounds like there'll be a good pack back there. 👍

I hated Silverstone at first but like it more and more every time I go there. Feel pretty comfortable getting around there now. At first I was in the 20's but after figuring out a couple turns was able to get down in the 17's consistently.

Some more testing, oil change and I've done 2:15:949 on SH tires, I'll see how it is going to be online :)
