Since when did gtplanet turn into a pornographic website?!
@BrandonW77, do you have a range in which we should be able to complete a lap in. In other words, a certain maximum split one can have off the desired time to complete a lap. Like one should not be more than half a second off the pace to complete a lap?
same here , sorry for that late responseIm going to miss today's race for the world cup and after tomorrow I can stop caring about soccer for another 4 years. I be back on Tuesday.
To clarify, by tuning all that's really necessary is adding/removing power and/or weight. Tinkering with suspension and LSD bits would not be necessary at all.
I've never heard that song though.
Then most memorable was this in the arcades as a youth
Behold what was my very first racing rig, circa ~1984. The controller acted as a shifter between hi and low gear, obviously brakes were yet to be invented.
It moo'd!!
This was my first adventure into arcade racing games... Atari Hard Drivin'! My local bowling alley had one and I can't even begin to think how many hours and hundreds of dollars worth of quarters I spent in this thing while my parents where having league night. I loved that it had a 4 speed H pattern shifter and an actual clutch pedal that you had to use to start the car and shift with if you selected the manual transmission option. The bowling alley later got a OutRun game as well but it was the standup variety, so it sucked in comparison.
SEGA F355 Challenge. Triple screen arcade heaven!

See you guys tonight btw.
and if i close my eyes, i could believe i was listening to Gran Turismo!!!
ok what would you rather have, a masterfull triple screen rig, or one of these...
THis has got to be the best full motion rig i've seen (for its footprint). The movement is dramatic and sharp, but i'm not sure I could concentrate properly seeing the room spin round behind the screen!!!
