As they shouldThere was a monsoon but the hp penalties certainly made a difference.
We are trying to get together to have some races to test it as soon as we can

As they shouldas long as a driver on maximum penalty is fighting for mid field it is doing its job

Once they are off the podium, they are reset though, don't they? There isn't a max penalty so eventually a fast driver will be near the back. No driving technique can make up for a lack of horsepower. It was interesting though racing in the mid pack with 3 other people though.
You get 10hp back if you finish 5th and back. So I have -10hp now since I had -20hp and finished 5th.Once they are off the podium, they are reset though, don't they?
So you were 2nd highest on reduction? at Monza? Correct? You get 10hp back if you finish 5th and back. So I have -10hp now since I had -20hp and finished 5th.
I had -20 in BRZ, Karsten -10 in Lexus, Skeng -30 in RX-7.So you were 2nd highest on reduction? at Monza? Correct?
What car are you in?
Sounds like they are doing their job, Monza is a harsh track for a power reduction penalty, but it doesn't sound to me to be too over powering, want to get the test done asap, but getting enough of my test drivers together at once is proving difficult at the moment as things are getting busier and busier in the FGTAI had -20 in BRZ, Karsten -10 in Lexus, Skeng -30 in RX-7.
I was running 4th-5th, Karsten was up ahead of us in 3rd and Skeng was in 8th I think. Then the monsoon came and it got a little more interesting. The penalties had a bigger effect than they usually would since it was Monza.
Yea they even out the field pretty good. I'm sure I'll complain about them a few timesSounds like they are doing their job, Monza is a harsh track for a power reduction penalty, but it doesn't sound to me to be too over powering, want to get the test done asap, but getting enough of my test drivers together at once is proving difficult at the moment as things are getting busier and busier in the FGTA![]()
Who doesn't complain about them every once in a while?Yea they even out the field pretty good. I'm sure I'll complain about them a few timesbut I beat myself today at Monza, should of had 2nd.
Just join the serie lolSounds like they are doing their job, Monza is a harsh track for a power reduction penalty, but it doesn't sound to me to be too over powering, want to get the test done asap, but getting enough of my test drivers together at once is proving difficult at the moment as things are getting busier and busier in the FGTA![]()
Dont know what im gonna do, as i should have been at least 2nd today i reckon.
I couldnt drive the gara in the dry in season 1 and cant seem to manage the lexus in the wet now, just have to go so slow in the rain i cant understand why i have to go so so slow. Had a nice start and first 25 laps with 1st 10 laps with both Ekke and Karsten and felt that with Ekke just a ahead i could push and get past when i needed to, as he and karsten in 3rd were both down on Hp. Then lap 25 the rain started and i just eased off the pace a tad , 2nd stop was due on lap 28 so thought new softs were good for the wet track whih it was just starting to get, i thought good timing, after 2 laps on new softs i spun , and realised that since i changed to auto gear change for this race i had no reverse gear and had to pull the gear flipper, but that gave me reverse for 1 second only, then it went back to 1st gear , and i was just stuck with the bonnet into the barrier going crazy trying to find a button anywhere that would reverse me Lol, and that was the end for me , after that i just could not drive the car without it crashing, probably going too fast , but seemed that i had to go so so slow even when rain was at 30% and i just couldnt go that slow. But anyway really enjoyed it at the front while it lasted . I guess at some point all you guys will have no power left and i will have full power then i might even win if all goes well Lol. well done to Ekke and podiums, and amazing drive for those with bad power reductions as well .
Does anyone know what the fast lap was at Suzuka last season?
Should of got a pic of that reverse start.I had a bit of time on my hands tonight so I took a couple of race pictures from Monza.
Should of got a pic of that reverse start.![]()
video is up!
played a bit around to try to squeeze a bit extra of quality, hope it shows.
@rosckolove season 3 is far away, but i think i would lose most of the grid if i moved the day :/

Yes Ekke i felt sad too seeing you go past many times lol, i havent had chance to watch the replay , what was the wet lap times compared with the dry ? just thinking that i dont think i slow down enough, and the lexus just seems much worse than the gara did in the wet , but maybe that the lexus engine never screams and just burbles and makes you feel like you are going slower ?@azidahaka Great video as usual. Did miss when logic spun and i regained my 1st position, my own fault not reporting to you
@Stephen Vann Was worried about you gonna destroy my chances of my first winReally nice driving until you lost it, then i felt little sad when lapping you 2-3 times
You have done some real improvements since first season, keep up the good work 👍
I was on inters...Were you on full wet tires?
I was on inters...
I had a bet track would start drying up by end of race like it actually did albeit it was too slow in the process
He'll change his logo if he wants to.But remember how I made new logos for FGTA series?
