Standings are becoming pretty exciting in the midfield, next few races should be a lot of fun to see what happens.

Logic I'll still be on GT6 for a while. I'll probably make the switch fully in the summer to Project Cars, I'll wait and see how good it is first. On paper it looks amazing, but as you said it might be too good to be true :lol:

I'll be hanging around for GT Academy anyway and other championships I have on going, I'm sure I could spare a monday night to race :P I'm really going to miss the Lexus though, I love this car :P I don't want the championship to end lol.....

Well yes i love it too, however i am sure the racing will be closer in the stock settings Raybrig, as only adjusting the bhp by 10 makes a huge difference.

Qualy on Monday will be amazing, me and Kossu just did 5 Q sessions and it was different each time.
1 climbed to 35% during session
2 climbed to 15% and stayed there
3 climbed to 13% then dried out completely
4 climbed to 17% and dried
5 just dried to 0%
very exciting
 
Oh my, we just having a few short races at Mondays settings and i am so so excited.

The rain is so random, i cant wait.

It will have to be deemed a WET RACE START.
Drivers will be expected to start on wets or inters but they do not have to.
ANY DRIVER SPINS ON THE PACE LAP THEY HAVE TO DROP TO THE BACK OF THE PACK

Its so slippery on pace lap with dry tyres.
And track can stay wet online and offline for 25 minutes.

Then it dries out for a while then start raining again.

finally home again after a long LONNNNG day repairing my private car , and dahm all the post that have been writen today , wow .....

projekt cars , is it only made for pc ? i allways thought it was made for the ps4 .....

but none the less i will continue playing gran turismo for the rest off my life , so logic , you can count on me for the future , and its way too fun driving against you all in this series :gtpflag:

PCars is out on pc ps3 and x1.

Standings most definitely are! 25 points seperate 4th to 11th, holy cow it's gonna be a battle in the last 3 rounds.

Great to hear you're remaining on GT6 dude :).

Dont Forget guys - Test race Friday night normal race time in the BASE HSV
Q and race will be run in the same weather settings as Mondays GT300 race,
so a chance to get a feel for who the weather may go, and get used to track conditions.
All run at 480 BHP any tyres default apart from brake balance and abs.
If you can post in or out that would be cool.

It would be interesting to know how many of our regulars will go straight on to pcars when it is released on 7 May.

For me i would struggle driving 2 different games, i have enough trouble with one.

It may be that so many of you will jump straight into it, and not use gt6 any more.
The next planned HSV season planned to start after our gt300 season ends mid May might not happen if you lot have gone the pcars way.

Just from experience, i am thinking it may be better waiting a couple of months as i am sure there is bound to be all sorts of unforeseen glitches that need patching up, and it could be a good few weeks until its all smooth sailing.

For me i couldn't have both gt6 and pcars on the go, so i was just wondering what your intentions might be ?

not meaning to be intrusive guys, what are your plans - for next series ?

for me, I’m waiting already quite a bit on PCARS, so I hope that it is as good as it looks.:dunce:

But I ‘m staying with the series, as I enjoy it a lot. So I will do both, I have also drive club from day one, but was very disappointed in it. Hope that Pcars is much better.

But once GT7 arrives, it will be the end of my PS3.
 
Well i think the best thing for me is to wait until everyones is over the mad rush with Project cars, then see if everyone is still so happy with it and the great expectation it carries is there.
I am way to old to be in my sleeping bag outside the shop door ready for the release morning.

Also am not sure if my wheel T500 RS Thrustmaster is compatible with it.

Once everyone has pcars and used it and can make a proper judgement, as to be honest over my many many years,
i have seen new games with awsome graphics on the package and adverts with stunning looking games, and have been so let down when they really were rubbish.

I so want Pcars to be everything it looks it will be, as it will be only after quite a few hours with it that the true judging can take place, really only then can make a fair comparison.

I just cant even begin to think of driving 2 different games, Lol even on GT6, it takes me 30 minutes to get used to a different setting in my Lexus and several hours to get used to a different car, no way i could jump between games.

In a way its a good thing that Pcar will be released before the current Lexus series ends, and you guys at least can give us some good and fair feedback before you all dissapear into another gaming world.
 
I'll be able to take part in the race tonight, having a few nights off before I start studying for exams :D Finally handed in my completed dissertation today, 12007 words.... :scared:

Anyone want to practice gt300 with me atm?

Dont think anyone can really practice gt300 with you, they ony see you as you lap the.

However, i have just got home from work early today, so i shall set up a room and yes i will.

give me 10 miutes to get sorted.

RACE IS CLASSIFIED AS A WET START
ALL CARS MUST START RACE ON INTERS OR WETS
as the track is undrivable on slicks even at pace lap and all sorts of problems wiill arise if we dont.
 
Can someone give me a target time for motegi in the monday serie? i need to understand how i'm doing with the new wheel...
