Wind noise is near the level of the air box cam now,i dont like it but each to thier own
Will be so much easier on the arms....woooooohooooooooo
Power steering makes no difference,it feels the same on or off .FF @10 with ps on was still very light.
Improved online racing too, message me on the ps3 if you want to test,Chow

Looking forward to giving the FGT a drive later tonight, it also claims to have fixed online racing (to some degree). Lets hope it has, I might invite 2 more drivers to see out the season with us :)

The same FF setting works for all cars now. Thats nice.

Now they just have to make racing HARDS last twice as long as they do now.

The tyres are still a big problem on the game for sure, with the formula cars they last longer but hards last a similar time to softs as you drive them harder 👎

where i can do sign up? Because i'm interested in this

And i have this car with this colours :)

Pagey-It is 33% done and there are 2 drivers under investigation. My portion will be done tonight for sure but not sure about the last steward mate, worried about something?

Filipe- We are full for season 2 but i have a reserve spot left for Season 3 if you are interested?

Really Ellis, why dyou say that? :D I think my connection deserves a penalty too, the one day I need it to work and it cant be bothered :dunce:

Gutted when that happens mate, if it was S3 it would damage your chances as I think S3 is going to be a battle royale all the way through :D

I have two drivers I'm mind who I think will run away with S3, but the next 4 places is too close to call!

Really, just two? I think theres at least Brett, you, me, SM, Rich, Immortal, if hes doing S3? who are all going to be quite close, and thats just the people I can think of :)

Yeah I think 2 drivers out of those that you have mentioned have the consistency to beat other possibly faster drivers

I'm not being big headed but on certain tracks I can compete wit the top dogs, look at this seasons Tokyo, Seca, Spa, Cote :)

I agree with spurgeys list 100% and would add etid to it if he practised a bit more but as it stands I think he is just out of the 'Big six' but in front of the others.
It comes down to a few factors. 50% practice, 30% skill, 10% tuning and 10% 'other'.

Some of that other is mental capacity IMO I.e. Concentration and just general mental stability. Maybe this is why I don't do as well as I could

And another bit of that other is luck :) And I think its more like 45% skill, 25% tuning/stratergy, 15% practice, 10% luck and 5% concertration :)

I think its changes with the person. For me its 40% concentration/consistency (my biggest problem), 5% tuning, 35% skill and 20% practice.
As for practice I noticed at monaco with only 10 laps practice i was going as fast as i could, yet at Fuji it took me 20 laps to get to my limit
I have the speed but i just cant do it lap in, lap out. In the race on sunday i set a 1.19.9, my fastest lap, the next lap i set a 1.11.2

Also some rather interesting results in pre season F1 testing:
1 Kimi Raikkonen (Fin) Lotus-Renault - 1:19.670
2 Paul di Resta (GB) Force India-Mercedes - 1:19.772
3 Nico Rosberg (Ger) Mercedes - 1:20.219*
4 Mark Webber (Aus) Red Bull-Renault - 1:20.496
5 Daniel Ricciardo (Aus) Toro Rosso-Ferrari - 1:20.496
6 Michael Schumacher (Ger) Mercedes - 1:20.794*
7 Kamui Kobayashi (Jpn) Sauber-Ferrari - 1:21.353
8 Jenson Button (GB) McLaren-Mercedes - 1:21.530
9 Felipe Massa (Brz) Ferrari - 1:22.815
10 Heikki Kovalainen (Fin) Caterham-Renault - 1:23.178
11 Pastor Maldonado (Ven) Williams-Renault - 1:23.371
12 Pedro de la Rosa (Spa) HRT-Cosworth - 1:23.676*

i think its 40% skill , 30% practice, 10%tune, 15% consistancy, 3% mental and 2% race strategy.

but im a ginger so i have no soul.

Not too interesting, the big teams are holding back because they dont want to give too much away, which is why Vettel isnt even in the top 12 unless his car had a problem? So they are mixed in with the slower teams, and Raikkonen is just getting back into it so he probably did the most laps and was probably trying to go as fast as possible without holding back :) Thats why I never watch practice, tells you nothing :D

Yea lotus has a competetive car again!!!!

I couldnt find the laps on the website i got it from by most did more that him. But even if say webber was holding back is it worth a second? Plus there is a 4 second gap back to 12th.
Still a month to go till the first race, cant wait for the second though. We have a tradition called the camelford festival of speed :D
Go down to cornwall on a F1 weekend early in the season. Karting on the friday afternoon, friday night, curry, get pissed.
Saurday get rid of the hangover, karting at a different track, quad biking, and possibly jet skiing, saturday night curry, get pissed.
Sunday morning get rid of the hangover, get to a nice restaurant right on the coast, have a full english, play pool for an hour or two, then half an hour before the race kicks off order a sunday roast, sit back and watch :D Cant wait, its awesome with about 15 people going
