Could the finals be held at Interlagos? The F1 race is in November, the track is in the game........it could happen
Wasn't last year F1 Mercedes team staff were robbed at gunpoint at Interlagos?

1. Yes. Just a heads up if you receive gear in future events that it's on the tight side. If in doubt, I would go one size up.I've got two questions to the World tour participants:
1. Can you keep the puma gear that you use at the events?
2. When you have to switch drivers, do all drivers need to use the same FFB settings? Or can it be set differently for each driver?
I doubt the finals happen anywhere outside Europe. It's possible, but I don't think it will happen. I don't think Brazil is the safest place either. Wasn't last year F1 Mercedes team staff were robbed at gunpoint at Interlagos?
Maybe Abu Dhabi in late november with the F1. I dream with that.
The F1 ESports was there last season and could potentially be again this season (haven't checked their schedule properly)Maybe Abu Dhabi in late november with the F1. I dream with that.
I would be really surprised if it was held along side an F1 event. They're doing there own esports events now so probably don't want a major gt sport event at a race weekend.Ah yeah that happened,it would be a great venue for the finals and a nice conclusion to the GT6 Ayrton Senna tribute but in terms of safety i agree Brazil is not a great place(and it hurts to say that because i'm Brazilian)
That would be an amazing venue and even better because it's the last race of the year.

I expect the event to be Paris due to the FIA connection. My next best guess is London or Tokyo
I believe the Nissan GT Sport Cup will be streamed live on Nismo TV, I can see it also being streamed on GT's youtube channel, but I don't know for sure.
As far as I know, he has stopped sim racing and wont be attending this event.
Salzburg was an incredible experience and I can only echo other people's thoughts on the whole production of the event. It was great to meet everyone, some of whom I've raced against for the best part of 10 years. 👍
I only got back home from the Madrid press conference last night. I never thought I would be sitting next to Kaz answering questions from the press! Truly a unique opportunity and experience.
I took some pictures which I thought I would share, as there's not been much talk about the whole conference, which was really well done and I can imagine a huge amount effort was put in o get it all set up. As an example, there were 3 people on violins (or other complicated looking string instruments I don't know the name of) and a drummer playing along to the trailer video which introduced the beginning of the conference (edit: link to Playstation ES tweet with video) I thought this was a really nice touch as it matched the theme of the in-game menu music and I think it would be a nice addition to the regional finals.
At the end of the questions and after I'd done a hotlap on one of the 7 pods, which was displayed to the audience, there was a guitarist and the same drummer playing a cool riff to a much faster paced end-video which contained clips from the top 24 races and Salzburg.
That's really amazing, when GTSport got announced i had no idea how big these FIA Championships would be but it turned out to be better than i could ever imagine.Truly amazing.
Seeing this image made me wish for a new city track

I guess that image could be a hint that the Madrid City track could be coming back, as thats what the image shows.
I do think Miyazono-san (Kerokkuma_ej20) is one of those who competed in the Salzburg event to miss out, and so does @SkyPikmin's teammate Kawakana222. Miyazono's Subaru rival, Johnny Wong (saika159-, Hong Kong), is competing alongside 2 other HK drivers from the World Tour. Also the 10th Japanese driver to compete at the event was only the 27th best from Japan in the Final Season. That seems like a suspiciously high number of dropouts, I know in Japan taking time off work is almost a sin but that's a bit extreme
Shame that there won't be an English coverage of the Asia/Oceania Regionals.
I believe Jimmy is going (along with Chris from the Nurburgring World Tour).
Hi,
Sorry for asking this, but is there any place where we can see the details of those regional finals?
Like the link for the asia event.
I would like to see the same for Europe and Americas.
Thanks
