It's as i said, we were using the Hangar 7 settings from the world tour event which is basically less downforce

How dare one of the best drivers in the game give constructive feedback which would not only keep delivering great racing but make it much fairer for those taking part as well!
The positive changes to the format have been made because of these criticisms, PD are listening and they want our feedback good and bad. They've admitted themselves there was a few things that didn't work as well as intended. Just showering them with praise won't fix fundamental issues.

These driver introductions are fantastic. They are treating the people as stars, while also getting the perfect mix between real name and username.
Alsace is the ideal Gran Turismo track. You may not like it, but this is what peak driving simulator looks like.
In all seriousness though, I don't get why Alsace is so hated. It just adds to the impression that some people will dismiss everything that isn't Group 3 on the real world tracks. Feel free to hate on the E-Sports readiness that is another starting grid error though.

Ok, did they strap a jet engine to that 4C lol, its actually hanging around on straights which is good to see, its really telling just how much impact BoP has when drivers who were doing naff in Race 1 are suddenly shooting by people like its nothing in Race 2
