Great shot's Joe, Though you should get one of racing lap 1 in the Hairpin, with all of us tracing through and my over take on tyler,

Joe, how are we going to do qualifying for such a large track?

Can I suggest we try do it during the week, room set to one lap, blue up, start race, and post overall time here, like JSTC S1?

how about a two lap race where the first lap count
everyone sets off at 30 secs apart
or joe nominates some people to run quali rooms i am a steward for jstc so me and a few other could runs a session and post the times to a spreadsheet or joe

I think for the sheer size of the circuit it would be best to do a standing start single lap, individually, other cars on track in a timed event leaves to much room to get help up, and people are stronger in sections, it would be a fumling mess, and no one will the opportunity for an extra lap,

Great racing on Sunday at Monaco guy's đź‘Ť, that might of been the best ever race ive had around there, very clean driving from the people i was racing with. my BMW seemed to have a really good race pace, was consistently in 1.30s till the ends of my stints, cant believe I had that spin near the end there memto, I was looking forward to that battle as well mate, I knew you pitted early on your last stint so i stayed out abit longer so i would have better rubber near the end of the race, think i could of had you there memto as i was catching you at over 2secs a lap but it is hard to find a gap to get past and it is fairly easy to defend around the streets of principality. So many times ive done that pushed really hard to catch people then make a silly and costly mistake when i get close to them lol. Nevermind that's racing i was very happy with my 3rd place. Cheers lads im looking forward to the next round :gtpflag:

At the pace that you were catching me I'm not sure I could have held you off from a full scale attack lol, was very tense watching you get closer and closer, and the relief when you crashed haha

Dave's on a bit of a winner I reckon
It's just a bit of a problem getting everyone together! Lol
Can be done though

Hi Joe, I've finally caved, the RX-8 is just too much work, I'll be switching to the Zonda LM for the rest of the season.

I'm pretty happy with the Supra. I feel like the top end isnt as well as others. I might test out another car to compare. Maybe the standard Ford or one of the Chevy's.

I found that too, but the key to this series is all the cars are equalized by their differences, which makes it work, The Supra and R8 lack top speed compared to the RX-8, But the R8 corners harder and faster, while the Supra accelerates to its top speed faster then anything else on the grid,

It's only on the mid to fast corners though it hates slow corners back just slides.

I'm still piecing that together at the moment. Unfortunately for me I haven't turned a single lap yet due to finals and girlfriend coming over all week long. She graduates tomorrow morning so I may not get a chance to run again tonight with the fact I get out of school at 10pm and have to get up a 7am for her graduation.

Recent News:

Nissan GTR DLC is under Homologation for a possible 10hp increase. Testing pending to Sunday. And a lag policy is being worked out to ensure we can fix this lag issue also. There are a few things we know to try but we will have to start room reg's 30 mins sooner so if we have to switch hosts or driver arrangements it can be done before the 2pm/10pm race start. Also thru personal experience the best way to get a good connection believe it or not is a expensive N or G wireless router more then anything imo. I had connection issues even with my super fast internet & modem, but it was the router that actually fixed my lag issues! đź‘Ť

Good O Romain, get it out in practice plz!!!

I want the revised Monaco & Le mans track *Arange recessed*

I'm still researching the proper conditions for us to re simulate the ADAC 24hr Zurich properly but from what Seth is telling me it rained like cats & dogs the whole race so if this is the case guys time to prepare for a serious challange!

Race Distance: 12 Laps (312km)
Race Progression: 7
Weather: 75% to 100%
Surface Water: Pending further research to the start of the real race

The race started dry, rain came a quarter the way in. They red flagged the race for more than 6 hours, and it began again with a damp track. The rain returned for a few hours, but it wasn't heavy. I think it may have stopped late in the race which played into Mercedes hands (Dunlop tires were best in mixed conditions).

Im in for this one!, in real life it was dry until dusk the it poured! They ended up stopping the race for over 9 hours. It started to dry out with like 3 hours to go in the race.

Joe, I didn't think you were going to race this series in the rain?

If it is in the rain, can I use the GTR R35 with a performance hit, 404bhp at minimum weight, I'd like to use it as it was in the online 24 hour,

yes i watched till they cancelled it ]the race started at 5pm with cloud 5 hours in it started to rain and then it rained and rained some more drive uploaded a an onboard of that race a few laps before it was red flagged.
It was that bad it was nine hours before it restarted

Round 4 is the final round for car changes but the biggest issue is that I was ere & Tyler are already consistently driving that chassis Dave.

After watching the replay, Willfred_1 was punted & walked up the track on a few occasions;, granted it was Monaco we all need to make sure that if we are the following car its our responsabilty to not to bump into the leading car at all times myself included. đź‘Ť

Does anyone have any PB times yet?

All I can post til I get on for a bit tonight is a 8:30, terrible stuff but I'll be working on it a bit later on!

These cars are going to be a bit above the 8 minute mark I think. Joe I would like to run the Camaro LM from here on. I think its spectacular but a little slow on top end. I donno if 473hp is too much power but thats the next step up. Perhaps a weight increase to 1260-1270kg with the power bump? I could probably make due eithout changes, but cant match the Vettes! They are the king in accelerating to their top end.

Yeah well I'm hoping to get it down to at least 8:15 if not more, depends how much practice I get in, it such a hard track to get time into being so long!

I just stop and turn around to redo trouble areas at the Nurburgring since its so big.

Hi guys i won't be able to compete unless we move forwards an hour as I have end of year exams for my degree

I am pulling out of this series... I have damaged my hand from playing too much and I need to rest it over a period of time so it can repair... Sorry guys but it was unavoidable...
